No way it's a try.

If the Tigers are lamenting that, they're not seeing the forest for the trees.

They are a footy team that is not simply functional. They're clunky, clumsy and look confused at times.

It's a shame because there is potential there and they have some good players.

For whatever reason, it's not working for them.
The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.

If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.

It looked like he bounced it but I only saw it once.

The sooner Madge dumps Brooks the sooner they get back on track. Probably too late now for Madge.

The only way “elbows” Barnett is getting off is if Greg Bird, Sam Thaiday and Cameron Smith are on the judiciary panel.

Geez I thought the Broncos player was clearly offside (Bunker agreed with this) but ruling that the kicker had run him back on side hasn’t been called by the bunker for a long time, especially when the offside player was within 10m of the kicker.

Actually I think the same thing happened in the Maori v Indigenous game and/or Origin last year. The term the bunker used was 'passive'. Noting I didn't actually see the one you are referring to.

I guess if there is even the tiniest amount of consolation from our performance last week, it is playing the Cowboys into form so they can beat the **** Broncos. Even though I tipped the Broncos and my multi is also relying on the **** Broncos to win - bastards letting me down, just another reason to hate them - I'm actually quite satisfied with a Broncos loss. Can't have them 3 and 0, it would be unbearable.

I thought Albert Kelly touched the ball twice with his left hand. Surprised the bunker upheld the challenge.

So sad to see the Broncos getting smashed. All the channel 9 talk in the lead up was about them joining the Panthers on top of the table with 3 wins.

Valentine Holmes has been very good today.

Broncos young players have been diabolically bad.

Anyone wanting to flood our first grade with youngsters should have a look at the absolute mess the broncos are in.

For every good thing Pengai junior does, you get about 2 bad things. You would think he would have got these out of his game by now.

I meant to mention how good Oliver Gildart looked for Wests Tigers. He was excellent in a beaten team. A centre who was creating a lot out of nothing.

I’d heard Barnett copped 22 weeks, but then an insider said 6 weeks, which sounds about right.

Geez rugby league can create a rumour mill.
