Yep, the Rabbitohs could be in a lot of trouble this year. Wouldn't mind betting that they miss the top eight.

Is it just me or do others also believe Melbourne are allowed to hold attackers down longer than other teams?

Penrith try to play the ball before they're tackled regularly. Almost like 2 sides of a coin.

I'm anti Melbourne, so I can't trust myself to judge without bias. Glad others see it also.

Two point field goal. This is bizarre. I’d like to see if the Rabbitohs were on side for the drop out. There was one obvious Rabbitohs forward pass ignored in the lead up to the field goal.

Field goal Storm! Storm win through the Papenhuyzen one pointer.

FULL TIME

Melbourne Storm 15
South Sydney Rabbitohs 14

Rabbitohs still winless in Melbourne.

Yep. It wasn't until the last 15 minutes or so that Sutton actually started penalising them.

Another baffling call was the captains challenge they won on the obstruction call. The defenders don't have to get out of the way.

They can’t tackle players without the ball either.

Very tough to sin bin the Dragons No. 12, Su’A. It was a little bit late, but he was committed. It looked like O’Sullivan put on some dramatics too… which cost him, as he was forced off for an HIA.

The refereeing decisions, specifically from the bunker this weekend have got me ready to be very annoyed at some point this year.
Both bunker calls last night were so clearly incorrect. Murray runs directly into a defender and its called “taken out off the ball” and munster is between harry grant and the defence and its ruled hes taken out off the ball. Now theyve sin binned a back rower for jamming a half who took the ball into the line before passing. Its a brave play by the half because you accept the hit to create space wider.

Disgraceful decision. No way that should have been a bin.

That shot Molo put on JFH was something else. There was an element of deliberate head clash to it, but I don't think I've ever seen JFH manhandled like that.

I’m with those confused by the Bunker calls on captains challenge so far this season.

Some very ‘grey area’ calls have fallen in favour with the captain whose challenged.

That was a really entertaining match of NRLW, made all the more enjoyable by the Titans defeating the Broncos by two.

How did the bunker rule that ball was grounded by the Warriors? Surely it was knocked on? Instead the Warriors have a try and a two point lead at the break.

I'm ok with the call, it was a weird one but did he really "knock on" onto the player?? In fast motion, there wasn't much in it

Also not sure if a push into another player is the same as a knock on, as the ball never came loose... I guess the counter argument would be that he never had control of it either... well I can live with the decision

The ones that particularly come to mind was Parra against Titans with the man playing the ball whilst moving forward off the mark, pushing defenders and playing the ball on the markers leg. I didn’t think this was a clear cut decision to overrule the on field ruling.

Also Thursday nights Storm call where I thought Munster ran very fast at an opposing angle into the line roughly level with the player with the ball. I thought the on field call was consistent with how the game has been played for a century.

There was a strip overrule in one of the games last week, where it was roughly clear the defender had attempted to strip the ball. It was very similar to the Whitehead call last week but the opposite ruling (which for the record was I think the correct call against us, so this isn’t a Raiders thing).

I want clearly wrong calls overruled in the captains challenge. Many this season so far have left both the Commentators and fans confused. It was very hard to win a Captains Challenge last season, unless it was clear cut.

I could watch Titans v Warriors over and over again.

No Bull, no wrestle, fast flowing footy great young individual talents in both teams and they play within the spirt of the game (assume this is because they are both based on the GC and are probably all mates.

I would not like to be a coach or fan of either side but as RL fan they are always good to watch when they play each other.
