No thanks. We already are one of the most undisciplined teams

He spends too much time in the sin bin and suspended.

100% on board with this idea.

I'd love to ditch Guler and pick up Hetherington. He's a bit loose, but there is a hell of a forward in there. He's a game changer.

Jack Hetherington was at the Gala the other night with his Dad.

Would be a nice story with Woolford playing on the weekend.

There is a footballer in there somewhere, someone just has to get the best out of him.

I feel though he has a target on him now that will be hard to shake off.

I like Hetherington, a bit of Brett White work might be what he needs.
Jack Hetherington
Zac Woolford
Jed Stuart
Jarrod Croker
James Schiller

Just need to find a Clyde, Daley and Meninga

I like Theo Fages from Huddersfield and France. 25 years old. Smart organising halfback who can run and kick. Could be the steal of the decade.

He's 5 foot 6 and about 70kg. He's too small for the NRL considering he's not a super star attacking player.
well, I guess you could say that I'm buy curious.

I remember MrPosh has mentioned him over the years- rates him.

Be a big risk whether his defence could cope. Starling wouldn't be much over 5'6 in real life (not necessarily nrl stats) but he's a mini ball of muscle.

I like the idea of signing Jack Hetherington.

I strongly believe our pack is lacks and needs an enforcer.

Apart from his obvious links to the club we definitely been after him in the past. It was reported it he was coming a few years ago.

I am sure it was reported that we actually did sign him.

JWH Has a target on him he is consistently one of the most penalised players year in and out.

He has also led the Roosters pack, spearheaded aggression to 3 premierships.

Our pack needs an aggressive leader to really set the tone, I really do think Heatherington is capable of that role. No pressure.

I think tabbing a fringe forward who if signed might play some footy off the bench as our to be the “aggressive tone setting leader” is probably a bit too much myself

You don't think he should take Big Red's role?

I think he’s a bit too fit and athletic to take on Hors’s role

Not too many players struggle at two clubs and suddenly come good at a third.

Hetherington doesn’t seem that cluey or match aware. And we already have enough of those players.

Ukraine need loose cannons. Maybe he should go there.

Some of our better recent signings would arguably fall into that category. Havilli, CHN, BJ…. I reckon there’s good value to be found if the players have some other standout traits.

Id sign Hetherington in a heartbeat. Reminds me of Mark Geyer. Has heaps more potential than a player like hola for instance. At 25 years his best years are in front of him.

Not sure I agree about struggling, at least on the field.

CHN was a gun at Penrith, also played pretty good footy at the atrocious dogs. Represented NZ. If anything he was probably a better player then than what he has shown for us, but he’s still good.

BJ was also a very talented player but had attitude and off field problems that were his undoing. His form ramped up a notch with us though.

Havili also played rep footy for Tonga and NZ before he joined us. We got the best out of him no doubt, but I don’t think any of the 3 were really “strugglers”
Ata Mariota’s #1 fan. Bless his cotton socks.

I like Hethrington as a Second rower than a forward. I like what we have done with red in taking an aggressive front rower and had him concentrate not on bashing the opposition but on focusing on his link up play. It's something that could help Hethringtons game also. He will always be aggressive but if all you want out of him is aggressive play he will end up out of control.

Ppl suggesting Jack Hetherington would be a worthwhile pick up should go and look at the number of runs he makes as a prop, and his meters gained (and post-contact) stats over the last few years. He defends with mongrel, but is a bottom tier forward for ball carrying. He did look a bit more threatening on an edge where he was asked to run at halfbacks 4 times a game - but he seems to lack balance or core strength or something. It doesn't take much of a hit to stop him.

If there is one player from the doggies we should be going after it’s Burton !!
If we could have 6 - Burton, 7 - Fogerty and 13 - Wighton we would be so much more dangerous in attack.
This isn’t going to happen ofcourse unfortunately

That animal should be in jail. An unacceptable human being to be in a team I could support

Also, he sucks and the game has past his style of front rower by

Strong agree with first point.

Strong disagree with the second. Still a very good prop.

Don't want him anywhere near Canberra though.

Yes to Burton if he decides to leave the dogs, but to play centre. It’s arguably our weakest position and I think he’s played his best footy there.

No sure about Hetherington because we’ve already go too many players with a low footy IQ.

At the price you would have to pay to get Burton you would be putting your salary cap out of whack if you were to play him in the centres. Especially with Croker still on the books.
