How Stuart joined the 400 club

Two ex-footballers, an agent and a billionaire walk into a Chinese restaurant: How Stuart joined the 400 club

"People have a love-hate relationship with Ricky. I love him. A lot of people think they know what he is, but I know what he is. He is determined, he is gritty, he’s short with you, he gets the **** easy and he’s the worst bloke to get on the piss with because he pinches you the whole time. But he’s a quality human being who has made the world a better place."

My favourite player of all time. Love him to bits. His passion, his heart and even his short temperment. Wouldn't change a thing.

The Stuart and Goal Post articles in the SMH are both excellent.

Really good read, although I can't agree that Stuart built the team that won the Roosters premiership in 2002. The finished runners up 2 years before that season. It was a pretty handy side.

Hopefully he can achieve his dream and trump the Roosters premiership with one for the Raiders. 😊

'Hates everyone, hates the world': Ricky Stuart has 'mellowed', Phil Gould says

Ricky Stuart became just the eighth coach to reach 400 NRL games on the weekend, on top of the 250 games he racked up as a player, and his players gave him reason to celebrate.

"Hates everyone, hates the world. Angry man but over the years he's mellowed and become a real mentor and leader to these players and they're really enjoying themselves."

I wish Rugbrugh Leeg people would stop asking Phil Gould for his opinion..

He's insignificant and non essential.

Gould just says that Stuart hates everyone, to justify in his own head why Stuart hated on him.
