Under 20s centre Harley Smith-Shields added to Canberra Raiders development player list

Canberra Raiders Under 20s centre Harley Smith-Shields has been added to the club's development player list, after Ruben Porter was elevated to the Top 30 list last week. All development players can be selected to play in the NRL team post 30 June.
