Blake will stop the music. That has to be released.

We need to be vigilant on the music during scrums and line drop outs.

Can’t agree with the line of reasoning on the Hudson Young penalty. Just because an obstructed player is able to get to the ball doesn’t negate an obstruction. That’s the same line of reasoning that Gould uses on obstruction tries “oh the tackler was able to get a hand on him, can’t have been obstructed!” - no, the obstruction denies the opportunity to tackle (or in Young’s case contest the ball) on their terms without illegal interference. For a tackler it could be the difference between grabbing at their side on the way past, or having been able to get across and tackle head on.

The issue is, he wasn’t obstructed.

That’s not the argument that was made. If that’s the case make that case.

Don’t try and argue because he tapped it back that he can’t have been obstructed. It’s not true.

The caller of NSW Cup last weekend is Canberra’s own James Sully Sullivan. He also calls Canberra Raiders Cup matches. Just seems to fit grass roots rugby league.

So get this...

Wednesday night I dozed off halfway through the episode...

Got through all but 10 mins on Thursday...

Thought I'd polish off the last morsel this evening (I wanted to catch Poooork's Smokey)...

And found out I was listener of the week! Not to mention a co-host of Raiders NSW Cup Review with Matt :D

Thanks guys. I will have to get a shirt now...

Love the show gents. Listen every week.

But did I really hear Heather this week say that we had more in attack than the Sharks on the weekend?

Surely he jests.

Once again the views of some of the contributors to Raiders Review With Blake and The Pork do not necessairly reflect those of either Blake or The Pork.

I don’t know where the Pork is getting the idea it is Vegas or Wagga. Or that that’s even a vaguely good choice to say… yes, Wagga!

The ACT government has already clamped down on games being taken away. Only two can be taken away in the current five year stadium deal. Magic Round this year is one of them. Pretty sure Wagga last year is the other. Even if it were a choice between Vegas and Wagga, it’s a no brainer. A crowd of 7k in a substandard bush venue versus a game in Las Vegas in front of at least 40k in front of the world. The exposure of the Vegas game is huge. The sponsorship value is huge. Any sensible club takes Vegas over a bush footy ground we shouldn’t be playing at in the first place! A game at Wagga doesn’t even stack up against an actual home game at Canberra Stadium.

Incidentally choosing Magic Round over Vegas as the home game to take away this year was a really bad choice!

My podcast feed is lacking a little right now in NFL off season so I decided to give this a go.
Interested to hear such a strong declaration that Fog will switch and play left side... i really hope that's right.

Man, if that were true I could even forgive the impending Danny Levi debarkle.

You'd have to change the podcast name if Pork went woke. Blake and the Jackfruit.

I see the Pork has stolen his job back from Sam Williams... and has a t-shirt that reads Pork. If it's a "gift" from a "friend", then fair play. Otherwise, I wonder...

Pork got a late call up off the 'Extended Bench' to replace Sammy.
