Aussie don't draft Gallen, G Stewart or inconsistent S Johnson this yr and you will be all good.

Haha I am known for breaking players and Gallen was another victim. Would have noticed Inglis wasn't as good last season, my doing also We may see a desperate throw of the dice at Stewart again!

Question

How does the preferences work in the quick draft ?


Say a coach doesnt have any preferences pre selected, and he is up against someone who has a heap of preferences.

For example , both wanted Sandow 1st pick , if the preference coach has Sandow as his 1st draft pick will he get him as the non preference coach does it manually. ie. because its pre-selected is it done instantaneously when that round of draft happens?

I can see the advantages having it in a longer draft but it will suck in the quick draft if it works like my example.

My understanding is that if you have Sandow as your first preference, and your the first pick you will get him. The manual coach will only get him if he picks before you

I'm pretty sure the preference list doesn't work with the quick draft, well I hope that's the case. I know that you can't select a player in the quick draft before the timer hits zero and says pick now.

Everyone should do some sort of pre-draft list to look over for next Monday night.

Yeah it sure did, I've done a spreadsheet but haven't planned too much as yet, I have a plan for LoL though, the plan is to finally win it, bombing out in the finals is now a thing of the past

DRAFT REMINDER

On Monday night I will be at The Bench around 7pm Qld time 8pm Nsw or just after, we don't have a set time, but we will try get started at 7-30 Qld, 8-30 Nsw.

When you go on the site, post up in the Banter Page you are here, once all 10 of us have arrive I will start the draft.

Once it starts you go to the Draft Management page and we will have between 5 - 10 minutes until it starts, we will have some time to look around and check things out before we start.

The clock is on right side of the page, it will show how much time to go, like 5 minutes, then 4 minutes ect... it doesn't count down in seconds until 60 seconds remaining, when it hits zero its pick now.

Each round will be the same, with 1 minute remaining 60 seconds counts down to zero.

You can see your current team at Squad Page, it will show how many kicker points you have and have used ect...

During the draft you will see who everyone drafts each round on the banter page, if you do go look just remember to go back to the draft management page for your next pick.

If u miss a pick at any stage don't panic, you can grab them after the draft in free agency.

I didn't think to bring my work laptop home tonight, so I've revived my old busted laptop for the occasion.. shouldn't be too bad but virus popups keep interrupting... the only thing that fills me with confidence at this point in time is that G94 hasn't come on to say 'I have a good feeling about this' yet.

No you can't do anything before it starts, preferences don't work, or selecting early doesn't work.

I have to start the draft and after that the draft management page appears, then we have between 5 and 10 mins until it starts.
