That insurance commercial where the offsider runs off with his boss' ute because his wife's having a baby. He's in the middle of nowhere, without a vehicle. No one even thinks of offering the boss a lift back to his house at least?
Feel free to call me RickyRicky StickStick if you like. I will also accept Super Fui, King Brad, Kid Dynamite, Chocolate-Thunda... or Brad.

That new X Factor ad with the teenager from Blacktown. They only have 1 snippet of her singing 'Yesterday' and she says the wrong lyric!

The Hotels Combined commercial. I think its a bit inappropriate that a dude and his carer are looking for a hotel

They run presicely the same ad in the us and the UK, with a bizarre clone of the same chick

Son, we live in a world that has forums, and those forums have to be guarded by Mods. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Nickman? I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for Lucy, and you curse GE. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know -- that GE’s moderation, while tragic, probably saved lives; and my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, keeps threads on track and under the appropriately sized, highlighted green headings.
You want moderation because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me on that forum -- you need me on that forum. We use words like "stay on topic," "use the appropriate forum," "please delete." We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very moderation that I provide and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather that you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you get a green handle and edit a post. Either way, I don't give a DAMN what you think about moderation.

Castle hampers..
Annoying ads on TV today...
Argggghhhh yes the worst add on TV. What's worse for me is I think my family signed up for one of the mid 1980s Chrisco hampers after a financially tough Xmas with very few presents and not much food for our family.
The next year to much excitement we opened up the most boring and unexciting range of canned ham, bottled olives and stale pretzels. The bottle of Scotch my dad was looking forward to must have been 100ml at most. So if anyone wants to make a bad Christmas even worse than I reckon sign up to a Hamper deal.
Actually I think the Scotch had a most shonky name like Glen McSporrin.

Re: Annoying ads on TV today...
How old are you people that still watch TV and see ads? I'm on different forums so might have posted this before sorry.
I'm 32 and I'm a tenant and my aerial snapped in half in a storm at the start of this Covid 19 thing hotting up in Australia and I didn't even bother calling the real estate once I got up on the roof and realised it was beyond my pay grade. The only time it ever got used was me switching to TV to watch sport on the couch to not bother with Kayo while others in the house are streaming.
In an Airbnb on holiday last year my 6 year old daughter was shocked and appalled when an ad came on for some silly show that was on when we didn't have wifi. She had no idea what a tv ad was. My wife and I laughed but just presumed it's the new online normal.
It seems beyond crazy that where we are now people can possibly adhere to watching something other than live sport on a programming schedule.

**** that ad right off.
How is anyone even coming up with that? It's not funny, it's not educational, there's no jealous hype appeal of "gee I wish I was struggling to understand someone's accent"...

That James Brayshaw ad..... something about a soap dodger?
I'm convinced these ads are funded by TV manufacturers, hoping you'll throw the remote through the screen.
