I would like to announce the opening of our own greeneyed's virtual bar. Pull up a chair anytime and discuss your problems over a pint with Barman Steve.

Hey Steve... I have a problem

Its hard finding a job. I want a job in retail but the only jobs going are Manager type jobs which I cant get because I havent had enough experience.

I also think hot chicks are stealing my entry level jobs that I could do 4000 times better than them

Finish your study and in the meantime, get one of those hamburger flipper jobs at Maccas. If you make employee of the month at Maccas, it looks good on your CV.

Boyo greeneyed I hope you are qualified to give these guys the sort of advice they need to further their careers, standing in the community and understanding of what makes a refreshing/smooth quality wine (I think he is).

This is a great thread if I've ever seen one

ive got a problem despite my efforts toward cath and princess bay, ive fallen for my best friend, for the record its a chick, she is pretty hot, known her for about 3 years, there is plenty of water under the bridge in reguards to this issue, we have come close to gettin together heaps of times, i told her a while back i was over her cause it was less complicated that way but im not...

She is an awesome chick, has some emotional baggage but what chicks dont!? Its werid we get along heaps well and the only time we have ever had a fight was over her boyfriend who is a cockhead.

what should i do about it?

OK... Find the moment to tell them how you feel. Try to avoid being idiots like they guys in the OC. This means not bumping your head on the door as you walk through it or tripping up the stairs. They love guys who care and share feelings. If it doesn't work, then you'll know.

Of course, if you did end up being stupid idiots like the guys on the OC, that would be entertaining for all your friends......

And don't get too worried... you are both too young to worry about this. Plenty of time yet.

may I suggest a short term solution to take your mind of this "problem" would be that you occupy your time with finding a clapping emoticon

If she didn't know who Todd Carney was, not much point getting him to ask in the first place.....

Taprod.. here's the drink... have a few and see how you feel in a month's time.

taprod .... just adding to the very helpful advice from greeneyed just remember that there are plenty of fish in the sea ... just think of this one as the one that got away ... charge up the ol hook and throw it in again.
