I reckon these two male hunters are more up for a foot race than the two ladies

I'd be buying a Voodoo doll of Uncle Ray

I don't think poor uncle Ray is long for this world, even without the voodoo doll. No offence intended.Dr Zaius wrote:I'd be buying a Voodoo doll of Uncle Ray

They had a plan. Rock up to a clothes shop that you follow on Insta and hope for the best.

No Christmas card for Catherine this year
Re: The Television Thread
This is what you gets for relying on morons
Re: The Television Thread
Yeah Uncle Ray's missus got it right in just telling them to piss off. She needed to tell poor ole Ray though, that they'd turned up.

Re: The Television Thread
She couldnt send Uncy Ray a text to say she'd told the fuzz to **** off?
Did she just not think about it? No credit? Just absurd that they were on site, got told to **** off and they went there anyways
Re: The Television Thread
Whatever this show is… it can’t be as good as Love Island. Paige switching without a second thought to Adam, after Jacques left and said he’d wait for her outside… she deserves some comeuppance. Best show on TV right now.
Re: The Television Thread
Just reinforces my idea, and I think Fui suggested it earlier - to grab the camping gear and go bush. Don't rely on anyone to **** it up for you.

Love Island is literally just **** without the sex. Young, attractive people who are dumb as ****, showing off their bodies and being dumb and doing dumb **** and talking about stupid... I mean dumb ****.greeneyed wrote:Whatever this show is… it can’t be as good as Love Island. Poor ol Jacques… he actually took leave from Castleford Tigers. Hooker.
Re: The Television Thread
Maybe telling someone to get the **** off the property is a daily occurrence at the Uncle and Aunty Ray house. She didn't put two and two together.Botman wrote:She couldnt send Uncy Ray a text to say she'd told the fuzz to **** off?

"You really told those hunters where to go Aunty Ray!"
"Hunters?"

Re: The Television Thread
It’s a logical approach. There were a couple in the US who kayaked onto a small island and camped there. They got caught by kayaking to this shop, getting money out and getting stung by the camera. Drones picked them up not long after.gergreg wrote:Just reinforces my idea, and I think Fui suggested it earlier - to grab the camping gear and go bush. Don't rely on anyone to **** it up for you.
The US version they need to surface and withdraw money in chunks, so you can’t take it all out day 1, and it gives the hunters a sniff of a chance. Without spoiling, but if the finale is anything like the US, you need to be somewhere where there’s reception / internet come day 21.
Feel free to call me RickyRicky StickStick if you like. I will also accept Super Fui, King Brad, Kid Dynamite, Chocolate-Thunda... or Brad.

Re: The Television Thread
I love this combi van idea
It looks like they're going to get stung because of Catherine decided to invite them into her home for absolutely no reason what so ever and give them the **** code words, but in theory they can just quietly cruise around from rural area to new rural area, sleep in the back and it should be an easy game, easy life, as long as make sure they get food and fuel when needed on the way OUT of the area they've just been in, not on the way IN

Re: The Television Thread
A bit of catch up for me.
Monday night I start out thinking that Stathi and Matt are masterminds, and that Katherine and the church were an elaborate decoy. Turns out that they are just slow drivers with dumb luck.
More dumb luck for Karen and Brittany. These two can't figure out how they were tracked after using a credit card at Woolies, but kept evading capture by minutes. So much so that the Hunter HQ thought that they were some sort of Einstein. They **** got what they deserved.
Sonny Joe and Grace on the other hand present as dumb as dog ****, but are criminal geniuses.
But my heart goes to Jake and Rob. These two are the bomb. Just hope that they don't get into a footrace with the hunters. Ol Rob might keel over after 50m.
Can't wait to watch tonight's episode.

Re: The Television Thread
My boys Jake and Rob nearly flew too close to the sun, but they pulled it out of the fire. Sadly Sonny and Cher got torched in the afterburners. Pretty **** really, cause I'm not sure that the hunters wouldn't have noticed them if not for the film crew with them.
Never fails to surprise me how willing members of the public are to throw people under the bus - like Forest the phone boy with Puneet and Kris.
I'd love to know what the agreements are for this show. The hunters just wander on to private property, hack phone records of non fugitives etc

Re: The Television Thread
You wouldnt **** write about it!
The hunters just crusing around and literally drive past a couple they had no idea on changing at a train station.
Re: The Television Thread
My boys are looking the goods. Not sure that Stathi has the kahoonas to get there on his own.
Re: The Television Thread
Its truly a great show but i feel like they've under done the production in fear
this could have gone many more eps and i think it will be going forward into new seasons.
Would have loved to see it play out with more information.
But i do think one of Jacob or Robert will get home here.

Re: The Television Thread
Fantastic ending. Jake in the end made a dumb decision that cost him. Honestly, what was he thinking? Well done to the other too boys.
Re: The Television Thread
Absurd decision but i think when push come to shove, if we got unedited footage, id wager the hunters we're hell bent on not letting the cop get the better of them
The others could win but pride was on the line with Jake
I thought it was a good ending but i cant help but think the series was too short
I think that was deliberate because the productions costs of this show is not like usual reality TV, this is an expensive show to produce so this season was a proof of concept
I think for s2, i want more check ins on all the contestants...we got half a season deep and had no idea what half the couples had done, where they'd been, what their motivations were, where the hunters were on them
I think and want s2 to be stretched out a little and really get into the weeds of what the fugatives are doing, what their plans are and how they're travelling vs the hunters.
Re: The Television Thread
I want to know what agreements were in place. They were putting alerts on randoms phones, hacking randoms accounts, trespassing. A lot of it sounds illegal. Also reckon they need to sort out the camera man issue. I'm positive Sonny and Cher only got sprung because the ground crew noticed the cameraman.
Re: The Television Thread
Agree with the lack of content. You know their short when they cut to an ad-break and then come back by replaying the scene from before the ad-break. Really annoys me when shows do this.
