Correct, it's delayed on FS1 at 4:30 Sunday. Unfortunately it clashes with live EPL, Super Rugby and ICC World Cup final.

After the two week break it's time for Leeds to make every game a winner ... it's tight at the top and if we string a few wins we could finish 2nd

Geez we lost 2-3 to Millwall ... that now places us in 6th, 2 points behind 5th

2-1 loss to Derby, we're still in 6th place but only 1 point ahead of 7th and with a tough run home

Re: The Leeds United Thread
A draw and a loss over the Easter rounds, guess who's dropped to 9th?
With only two games to go, we're in a 4-way fight for the final play-off spot, with games against Burnley (8th @ Elland Road) and QPR (1st @ away). Looks like we're going to be here another year.

Welcome to the club.
We continue to **** about with blokes that are part of some fraternity. It's infuriating.
Re: The Leeds United Thread
A win over QPR in the last game ... the only club to have beaten QPR twice this season

Interesting article - if the worst is to be believed it might be somewhat of a blessing that Leeds weren't promoted this year, risking a Portsmouth-style scenario.

Went down 3-1 to Southampton on the weekend, didn't really look like scoring until Gradel took a penalty right in front during the last minute of extra time.
Upcoming games on Fox Sports are:
FS2 10/8 @ 4:30am - Leeds United vs Bradford (Carling Cup)
FS2 21/8 @ 10pm - West Ham vs Leeds United
FS1 24/9 @ 4:30am - Brighton and Hove Albion vs Leeds United
Also there will be games in October against Doncaster Rovers (away) and Cardiff City (home), and in November against Burnley (away), I'll let you know when they're slotted into the schedule.

boring, I like those trick shot penalties they take from the side and various other places in the penalty box myselfBipolar Bear wrote:Went down 3-1 to Southampton on the weekend, didn't really look like scoring until Gradel took a penalty right in front during the last minute of extra time.

Re: The Leeds United Thread
Its only cool to talk about other Championship teams in the Leeds thread if us Leeds fans are in a good mood. Which we are not. Thx.

OK fine, I'll tell you what - that Max Gradel looks like a special player, he was the one Leeds player that was a real threat all day. Needs to curb the ridiculous childish temper though, embarrassing

3-2 last night over Bradford. Deadset, that's appalling over a League Two side, could be a very long season if they keep that up.

New away kit this year:
Only just seen it, can't say I'm an immediate fan, hopefully it grows on me.
Oh, and we also lost 1-0 to Middlesbrough this weekend one of only 4 teams on 0 points.

Also, West Ham vs Leeds will now be on red button because of a re-scheduled EPL game.

Re: The Leeds United Thread
I was lucky enough to spend a few weeks in the north of England with a touring League team from the Central Coast. I took a few of the boys to the League Cup tie at Elland Road between Leeds and Everton. Great game!

Re: The Leeds United Thread
I was over in August/September, but unfortunately my other commitments prevented me from getting to any games. I'll be back next season though, I'll hopefully get to 2-3 games.
They've had some decent results in recent seasons against top-flight sides that didn't take them seriously. Wins against Everton and Man U, draws against Arsenal and Tottenham. They're just out of the playoffs at the moment on F/A, but it's still early days.

Re: The Leeds United Thread
FA Cup 4th Round:
Leeds United 2 Tottenham Hotspur 1
I wish Leeds could win the games they seem to keep losing to the teams placed near the bottom of the Championship.
Anyway can't complain beating a side competing for the Europe positions. Man City next (i think)

I'm hoping to get to a game later this season. Sadly the side is barely recognisable from the team I watched two years back.
