What has made/ruined your day
What I have noticed on this forum, is that there is not a lot of places to discuss things of a personal nature, therefore it is difficult to get to know everyone.
This thread is relatively simple, you post in here what has Made/Ruined your day.
For myself,
Made
- Premier League season approaching! Bring it.
Ruined
- Running out of Internet at work, therefore having dial-up speed internet!
Ok, I'm not such a good example, because my life is pretty boring, but I'm sure there is a few interesting people on here!

Avatar Bet - bleedgreen99 - Raiders to make (BG99)/miss(Lucy) the 8. Avatar from last round of regular season 2015 until GF 2016.
Signature Bet - Raider85 - Raiders to get(Lucy)/miss(R85) the wooden spoon. Signature for entire offseason.
Bottle of something to the value of $70 - Matthew Borewood to not see (Lucy)/to see (Piggles) a first grade game in 2015 for the Warriors.
The Name Change Bet - Regarding the three bets above;
I win all three I keep my name.
I win one I become "the Punish"
I lose all I become "Chicken Little"

Ruined- seeing an old guy collapsed on the ground at the shopping centre , having a fit and cracked his head open. Didn't look good for him , there was too much blood coming from the head.

That was pretty amazing. Sitting on the top floor of the Telstra building in Dickson and seeing it come down like that. Hopefully it'll snow at the game tomorrow! :p

Albi, my 1 visit to Bundy a couple of years ago I noticed so many cute very young women walking around romantically involved with very old men that looked like they were on a disability pension or something, total dead beats, youre not 1 of these are ya?

When I first moved here I was given this sage piece of advice by a local .... -- if you see a pretty girl with her own teeth in town, she's a backpackermanbush wrote:Albi, my 1 visit to Bundy a couple of years ago I noticed so many cute very young women walking around romantically involved with very old men that looked like they were on a disability pension or something, total dead beats, youre not 1 of these are ya?

Re: What has made/ruined your day
Haha thanks, yeah she's watched a few Raiders games. Honestly she was shocked when I told her where we were on the ladder because she hasn't watched a game we've lost yet.Luffty wrote:I've been trying to do that for 3 years. Congrats.
It was a tricky strategy of getting her to watch a few entertaining games, mixed with watching The Footy Show for a light insight into the game. Issue was she saw Beau Ryan and now like the TigPies.
Think the only way I can get her following the Raiders is if we sign Beau

She follows the Tigers because she's in love with Benji, she calls him her "boyfriend".
Made: Have a long weekend off and I've been working ridiculous hours lately so looking forward to relaxing and doing bugger all.
