don't think it will be as bad as the weather at the broncos match this year, the riaders played as good as the weather that day.

I've woken up and it's sunny .. where's the forecast clearing showers .. mind you it looks a bit windy out there ... if those winds are coming off the mountains it's going to be mighty cold out there.
A.C.T. FORECAST: For Sunday
A shower or two, clearing later. Moderate to fresh west to northwest winds,
gusty at times.

The forecast I posted above comes from the BOM site ...
FORECAST FOR THE ACT
Issued at 5:35am on Sunday the 17th of July 2005
BUREAU OF METEOROLOGY
CANBERRA METEOROLOGICAL OFFICE
Do these guys get paid for their predictions ???? ... when they got up at 5:35AM they msut have seen that it wasnt raining ... therefore eliminate the "A shower or two, clearing later" bit ... boyo.

Maybe the funding cuts meant the BOM in Canberra doesn't have a window anymore

It was only supposed to be minus 2....... could be bad for Premier League today if the sun doesn't break. Who else is going?

Boy it is cold out there! Presently 0 degrees at 10am! Minus 4 overnight at the airport. Minus 6 in Tuggers. Hope the fog breaks before noon..... we need some sun to warm things up. They reckon it will get to 14..... I can't see it at this point. Need to take the beanies, gloves and scarves and the coach's jacket to Premier League.
