I’m going to get myself a brand new 1989 Woodgers retro jersey. There’s a few places to purchase the jersey, Peter Wynns, NRLshop.com, etc.

What I’ve noticed is the jersey from Peter Wynns has the “classic” football shaped badge above the NSWRL embroided patch and the jerseys from other online places don’t.

Any difference here ? All 1989 retro jerseys I’ve seen look great with this one minor difference.
It’s a quality issue I’m asking about.

Classic sportswear OR some mob called Tidwell clothing.

Are the other ones like $70?

Most likely fakes, quality will be fine other than the material will be poly cotton/synthetic **** vs real cotton and not breathe.

Hello TW, thanks for replying.

All the jerseys I’ve see across numerous online shops are in the $129-$140 range.

Some tell me their jerseys are 60%poly and 40%cotton, others don’t give me that much detail.

Done a bit of digging, Tidwell seem to have the licence to reproduce the retro jerseys as they're doing a wide range of clubs.

Could be older stock with Wynn's I have a Milk remake that was made by Classic

I was taking a late evening walk on Wanniassa hill in the dark (I’ve been doing backwards walking up hills for my old knees) and I saw a red aurora.

AMAZING!

I presume expert photographer’s will have some amazing pictures tomorrow.

The crew member of a bulk carrier moored off Newcastle who fell overboard has been rescued by a couple of fisherman. He spent 19hrs floating in the ocean and is damn lucky the sharks didn’t get him.

Here’s what I reckon is suss.

He was found with a plastic bag tied to his waist. The bag contained his passport, wallet and a pack of ciggies, he was also wearing a life jacket.

He fell overboard at 11-30pm Thursday night. I reckon he was keen to become a citizen and misjudged the distance to shore. Floated 8kms south and was rescued at Blacksmiths Beach.

Just had half a bottle of Schild Estate Angus Brae Shiraz and have to say that was an unbelievably rich and deep wine.

I’ve been into Pinot Noir these last few years, but this huge Barossa Shiraz was incredible.

Counting down to enjoying the other half of the bottle tomorrow night.
