Hahahah… that was comical! Staines caught out behind the play, there was nobody covering the blind side, Cowboys feign open side, go blind side back to Tualagi.

TRY Cowboys. 14-24
Gina Riley: Oh, come on, John. That’s a bit old hat, the corrupt IOC delegate.
John Clarke: Old hat? Gina, in the scientific world when they see that something is happening again and again and again, repeatedly, they don’t call it old hat. They call it a pattern.

I miss Bateman playing. There’s no-one better at forgetting to play the ball after being tackled.

NO TRY according to Butler.

But the video ref says it IS a try. That seems odd. Dunno what the video ref was looking at. Cronk says it’s a try. So I disagree with him.

TRY Cowboys. 14-36

GOAL Cowboys. Holmes converting his own try. 14-38

Olam send off justified, aimed at the head connected with the head.

Kyle Feldt is such a grub, constantly off ball grubby stuff.

And Reppy the purple accent on nrl page is women in league round which I'm getting a chuckle out of because it's Papa300 and the week his wife got banned

I mean it's probably the right call but how often do you see direct contact to the head go un-penalised, and then a few minutes later put on report. Just watch a Roosters game and they contact the head two or three times a game. Tigers player does it, it's a send off or sinbin every single time. Benji has said before that they need to improve their discipline but they also need a bit of luck from the referees, luck that 16 other clubs seem to get. GEs unconscious bias at play.

there was no mitigating circumstances, he just aimed and fired, he had 6ft to hit and first contact jaw. The other guy didn't slip or lower he was standing still

Weird play. Aside from kicked one straight into Niukore, it fizzles out to the far wing and it is knocked on. Eels get a scrum feed that should allow them some good attacking position.
