Strange half. Let's get Levi back out there for a surprise drop the ball with the line wide open play.

Schiller could not tackle a care bear
The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.
If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.

Playing like we've all just met for the first time. No organisation from any of our spine players.

Just slow lateral passing, no shape, no bodies in motion. Nothing to respect so they just rush up and compress.

He's deplorable. I simply don't understand how people wanted him in the team based entirely on being moderately fast. He's **** hopeless.Dylan’s Raiders wrote:Any chance of winning of snuffed when Levi dropped the ball - also, I’m fine with Schiller leaving. His defence is non-existent! Even just then, he was lucky they dropped the ball when they ran past him
Poor old Timoko on that right hand side is up against it today. Sisagi 4 misses, Weekes 3, Schiller hopeless.

What the hell happened to Levi out there, how was he gassed after 20min? Isn’t his one strength the fact he’s super fit?
Re: 2024 Round 8 v Sharks: Game Day
Given how often these blokes get told to grind and bleed green, we have a remarkable amount of these low-effort, poor line speed games…

That crash ball set on the line was unforgivable.
So is picking Levi over Woolford.
Ricky’s milestone game pretty well over at half time thanks to two major failings is fairly apt.

Only highlight this first half has been mike's input. The one bloke who decided to turn it up for Stick's 500th

I think we would have looked better when Levi went off even if we did not replace him.

6. Is also very young

It's the senior players that have let us down. Timoko has played well. Their forwards and backs have dominated.
Levi shouldn't play FG for us again. Absolute filth. Don't know how Hudson Young is still in the origin conversation.

As rudderless as we’ve been, we should have a couple of tries on the board. We are the kings of blowing half chances at key stages.

I’ve been told on good authority that there’s no such thing as either. It’s just individual players doing good things at good clubs.Finchy wrote:Structured attack and backline moves are over ratedRickmando wrote: ↑April 28, 2024, 4:49 pmNo, apparently it’s just cattle mate!Hong Kong Raider wrote: ↑April 28, 2024, 4:48 pmIn summary - lack of systems and coaching in attackRickmando wrote: ↑April 28, 2024, 4:44 pmThe opposition know what is coming from us, every single week.Canberra Milk wrote: ↑April 28, 2024, 4:42 pm Not sure Stewart or Strange touched the ball that attacking set. That was a Warren Smith euphemism for "Levi sucks"The Nickman wrote: ↑April 28, 2024, 4:53 pm What the hell happened to Levi out there, how was he gassed after 20min? Isn’t his one strength the fact he’s super fit?

Except he is not getting any quality early balls when attacking the tryline. The one time he did, Schiller was watching in awe and forgot to catch the ball.

Simi cannot tackle either

We’d at least have 7 points by now instead of a big fat zero

Re: 2024 Round 8 v Sharks: Game Day
Sharks leading 18-0. No energy from our forwards. Joe Tapine one of the worst one on one tackles from a Captain you will ever see. Nice break for Xav and he passes beautifully to DL who somehow drops the ball. Sharks score from the next set. DL is subbed off soon after for Starling and DL has missed 3 tackles in his 27 minutes of game time. Ricky will need get them focussed and energised for the second half.
