Re: 2024 Round 4 v Sharks: Game Day
59th min ERROR RAIDERS from Xavier Savage in the ruck.
TRY SHARKS to Kayal Iro and the Sharks go in front for the first time. Nicho Hynes converts. Very poor from the Raiders since the 30 minute mark.
Sharks 24-18

Poor Savage.
We've played 20 decent minutes out of 60.
Honestly, the worst game we've played since Melbourne last season.

A bit soft by timoko but I'm not going to crucify him. I think the major issue has been the middle forward rotation

There’s still plenty of time. Need to STOP dropping the ball, though!
Gina Riley: Oh, come on, John. That’s a bit old hat, the corrupt IOC delegate.
John Clarke: Old hat? Gina, in the scientific world when they see that something is happening again and again and again, repeatedly, they don’t call it old hat. They call it a pattern.

Where's that round 1-3 completion rate gone?

Yep.
And Savage.
And Rapana.
And Schiller
The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.
If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.

This could be an Edrick Lee moment for Savage, never to be seen in first grade for us again.

Playing Horsburgh ahead of Mooney was a terrible decision

63rd min ERROR RAIDERS Jamal Fogarty sacked on the last and can't get the kick away. The Sharks are finishing all over the top of the Raiders now.
