Probably should be leading by more than 12, it was hard to fault their attack that half and they had 19/20 completions. The two soft tries are a worry.

Api's try was soft. Galvin's inside ball and Bula's flick were pure class. I'll cop that. Very silky skills on display there. Bit of luck too.

Except for the time when we ran out of room on the left as no one straightened up the attack, this is the best that I've seen us attack for quite some time. It's a joy to watch.

I feel we should be up more to reflect our dominance of 95% completions (19/20), 6 line breaks and 61% possession though.

With points coming easy when we have the ball, they need to keep focus in defence... simple as that.

Very good half from Danny Levi. Everything starts with his crispness out of dummy half

Hosking, Smithies, Strange and Savage coming into this team have turned our attack around - as well as Kris back to the centres. They look a totally different attacking unit to last year. Amazing what true speed can do.

Strange is going to be a gun 6 for years to come - his defence is as good as his attack.

Looking smarter as well this year. Good football decisions - long breaks and holding the ball instead of forcing the pass.

Spot on. There was a poor choice for him to have a go out of dummy half early but overall he has been really good. Easy when we are running over the top of them though.

Just want to be clear, i deserve no credit for this term... not sure who the first to come up with it was, but i first saw it on Canberra Milk post
But yeah, i like the branding... Better than Leipana imo (as a name at least)

I am going to put forth Asomoko for the future though

I think we clocked off there for a bit. Not showing the Tigers enough respect.
The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.

If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.

Still is for me. Just because he got lucky with crap refereeing doesn’t take away he muffed it.

We won’t get those calls against teams the refs expect us to lose to.

Anyone else get a young James Maloney vibe from him? Or am I just projecting cause I loved Jimmy Wins?

Middle of the defensive line not sticking their tackles led to both tries. In the Tigers second try Rapa and Levi both beaten before the line.

In attack though we look good. Strange, Kris and Savage look good on the left. Timoko being Timoko on the right. Hoppa jumping to take a bomb to his credit. Fog kicking into good field position. Papa looked to have dislocated a finger, here's hoping he will be ok for the second half after some treatment.

48th min Absolute rubbish penalty to the Tigers on the fifth tackle in Canberra’s red zone. Off side ruled.

Kris has to go off for an HIA. Hosking to centre.

I’ll never understand how we can dominate the collision and the yardage battle and still get pinged for more penalties than the opposition.

Not sure it's reviewable given the subjective call of held
