You'd think a Flanagan coached side won't get the spoon, but it is looking juicy.

That’s a bad side at full strength. Can’t imagine what it will look like when injury / suspension strikes.

Dragons welcome Faitala-Mariner

The Dragons are pleased to announce the signing of Raymond Faitala-Mariner for the 2024 and 2025 seasons. The 30-year-old joins the Red V effective immediately, bringing 114 games of first-grade experience across 10 seasons at the Warriors and Bulldogs as well as four Test appearances for Toa Samoa and New Zealand.

I don’t think that improves the Dragons much.
Gina Riley: Oh, come on, John. That’s a bit old hat, the corrupt IOC delegate.
John Clarke: Old hat? Gina, in the scientific world when they see that something is happening again and again and again, repeatedly, they don’t call it old hat. They call it a pattern.

Dragons have agreed to release Lomax at the end of the year. He would have had two years left on his contract.

Gee they really rolled over on that quickly.

A few days ago Flanno was saying he would release him for anything less than a top 3-4 player at a club.

Just goes to show how much the power balance has flipped. And as i like to remind people, the war on loyalty was started by the clubs. They just never envisaged a world in which the players held the power and were unafraid to wield it.

I think the Dragons have too much money tied up in him , therefore happy for him to walk. No payout .
They can now go into market and spend his 800k
