Metcalf is easily their best option at 5/8. TMM second. CHT will probably find his way into the side on the bench after some injuries.

Hope they go well, and they deserve to ... but a part of me wonders whether (a) Johnson can repeat last year's form; (b) AFB is in the right headspace after signing with another team for next year; (c) whether there might be a bit of second year syndrome for Webster and (d) whether a historically inconsistent team can back it up from last year?

Bloody hell they’ll have some forward pack!
Gina Riley: Oh, come on, John. That’s a bit old hat, the corrupt IOC delegate.
John Clarke: Old hat? Gina, in the scientific world when they see that something is happening again and again and again, repeatedly, they don’t call it old hat. They call it a pattern.

AFB is off to Sharks , direct replacement roughly.

Fisher-Harris still had 2 years on his contract . Got released on compassionate grounds
