CNK chiming in beautifully there for the try assist. Apparently not part of his skill set.

What was the winger’s defence there? Come in on a covered player.

I don’t understand. I thought CNK didn’t know how to ball play at all and our lack of ball playing at the 1 was a personnel problem rather than a structural one.

And yet every Warriors game I watch I notice that he manages to be a key part in backline movements and certainly does not look like a ploder who can’t ball play.

Could it be that him flourishing at the warriors is yet another indicator that our coaching and structural set up is below par?

No. It’s the fake fans not bleeding green enough that must be wrong.

These guys got towelled up by Penrith. Mind you they were without Johnson. Now they have towelled up Newcastle, who beat us. We're a long way off the pace if you haven't noticed.

I'll give the Warriors a chance against the Broncos. A smart coach versus a stacked team with a fullback in rare form, coached by a spud.

Newcastle put a lot into week 1 similar to how we got pumped in week 2 last year

Not saying we wouldn't have got pumped if we won, but it's very hard to go far from the bottom 4

I think the Raiders would have put up a much better challenge against the Warriors. Both the Warriors and Knights hate the grind.

Did you watch the game?

The Warriors kicked to Marzhew’s corner and trapped him in the dead zone over and over again. They completed their sets and applied pressure forcing the knights into errors.

Then in good ball got to their points and executed their shapes perfectly. They showed more patience then any Raiders performance in the past 4 years

Yes I watched the game. What I’m saying is that both teams don’t like to play against grinding teams, in my view anyway.

It’s very hard for a 5-8 team to get up to peak performance two weeks running.

They seem to almost never win week 2 after a big week 1 performance, and only if the top 4 team is really off their game or has too many injuries.

Knights were well below last week’s standard. I reckon our forwards belted them up last week. Some looked a little tired today.

Lol we would have got smashed by the Warriors, as we did in the regular season

An incredible achievement in particular by Webster and SJ, and as a Raiders fan, CNK. A great fairytale which has got me well and truly perked up. Playing good football too, using the ball and playing smart. I often come on this forum to add suggestions and analysis (like it matters lol) but the Warriors have done everything perfectly

Knights also had one of the easiest runs into the finals after us , absolute pretenders.
