That's arguable. The Roosters are no chance of missing the 8 imo.

It's mainly Souths, and now Brisbane, who Canberra are likely to dislodge, if anyone, for mine.
well, I guess you could say that I'm buy curious.

It looks likely they'll go 3/4, but there's 3 games they could lose if they drop off a bit or cop concussion protocols / a key injury.
Parra are another side to watch with interest.

I genuinely feel all teams in the top 11, apart from Penrith at full strength, are very beatable.

We just need to keep winning and the final result will be whatever it is.

This comp is really quite close. The teams that hit the finals in good health and with some confidence will be the ones to beat.

The Sharks, Cows and Broncos are reasonably consistent across the park but are far from stacked; the Storm, Roosters, Manly and Eels have some players with X factor that can be hot on their day, but also injury issues; while the Drags and Bunnies are horribly inconsistent, like we have been.

I'm confident we can compete with almost anyone, but not at all convinced we are consistent enough to win our way through the next 9 weeks.

I hope I’m wrong, but even if the Raiders get into the eight, it is hard to see them get to a Preliminary Final. Most likely week one elimination. I hope that’s wrong.

Whilst enjoyable. Surely Raiders best chance of making finals is for teams above to lose moreso than ruling out those below.

Particularly playing Manly in the run home. To get in Raiders need to win games and can stay above Manly by winning that game.

Correct.

I think we want manly to win this one.

With bunnies, Broncos and Storm in their run home eels are easily in our reach. Particularly with their pd only a blowout or two result from ours.

You’re probably right. Then again I can’t see the Eels missing out or us catching them. And Manly is a danger game for us.

We could easily catch parra GE.

Particularly if we put some of these bottom 8 teams away in the run in, as we have refused to do so far *insert image of Ricky or Brett White throwing up the two fingers when up by 10 points with 23 seconds left on the clock.

Eels play Rabbitohs, Bulldogs, Broncos, Storm after this.

I reckon we will lose at least one in the last five, the Eels two wins in front. I reckon they’d need to lose tonight and twice more for us just to draw level. Or three of those last four. Which is possible I guess. Plus we’d need to put some good margins on.

Parra going to run away with this.

Oh well. Hopefully that means manly will have nothing to play for when we play them and we finally get one over them.

It would be so Raiders to go 14-10 and miss the finals.

Also, how abysmal Garricks positioning has been at the back?

He has deadset been run rings around 3-4 times after line breaks.

Reminded me of Darius Boyd from his final years at the Broncos.

How outstanding was the finish from Waqa Blake. Deadset, for a bloke who hasn’t played much on the wing, that was freakish stuff

It looks to me like he's been carrying an injury for at least a month. He's normally pretty quick but just completely off the pace - very noticeable last night.

I missed the first game. What grubby **** did Melbourne do last night, or did they dial it back a bit after the NAS criticism last week?
