63rd min The Blues spend their captain's challenge. But now Burton strips the ball one on one from Gagai. The Blues attack again in the red zone. Inexcusable from Gagai.
TRY BLUES to Nathan Cleary. And that's the ball game. No coming back from this for Queensland. The Blues have had 59 per cent of possession so far. Cleary converts.

Can guarantee no QLD sin binning in game 3 lol. That really killed them. I know it’s origin football, but if you give away deliberates, you deserve it. Well played Ashley Klein

65th min PENALTY BLUES on half way. Queensland botch the short kick off.
TRY BLUES to Nathan Cleary. The Maroons are just out on their feet, and you have a prop forward on the bench who has played 17 minutes. Terrible red zone defence. Cleary converts his own try.

Played 17 mins. Happy for him to stay off and remain fresh and injury free for next weekend. The Greenhouse wrote: ↑June 26, 2022, 9:21 pm Queensland might usefully use Josh Papalii right about now.

Queensland made the massive mistake of coming over to Perth Friday instead of earlier
Those 2 hours stuff you around more then flying to the UK from my experience and 3 days in your at your worset from my experience
They should of either gone over earlier or flown over yesterday IMO

Geez I get sick of seeing Alan Langer on the field
The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.
If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.

This game has me really thinking about Cotter as a player
The entire game plan has fallen apart without his minutes and contribution

71st min Junior Paulo gets a one on one strip on big Tino. Kalyn Ponga forced off for an HIA after a tackle from Cleary. Shoulder to the head.

Slater's treatment of Papalii is just odd at this stage. Particularly when game was being away from Queensland and they were clearly fatigued

Papalii and Tino should’ve come back on after the first NSW try.

Slater is getting plenty of plaudits but I don’t think leaving papa off while you are getting overrun and signs of fatigue abound while the game is in the balance is worthy of praise.

It's moot but no way that's a try.

75th min TRY BLUES to Angus Crichton... there's a huge gap, but there appears to be an obstruction on Kaufusi. But the bunker has approved it. Cleary converts.

78th min PENALTY MAROONS for a cannonball. It's nasty but a penalty is deemed sufficient by the bunker. Now Harry Grant knocks on at dummy half, the first time the Maroons are in the red zone for an age.

Liam Martin's performance tonight only made me keener to target him when he is able to talk to other clubs.
