Nothing today from the Raiders that would worry any side in the current top 4, unfortunately.
It's a simple game; tackle, back-up, pass, hold the ball! What did I say? "Hold the bloody ball!!"

Terrible end to the set. Nic should've passed, Toots should've rolled it in...

Joey T has been unreal again today. Doesn't get anywhere near the plaudits he deserves. One of the form forwards in the comp IMO

Not having a half back for the majority of the game doesn't help

Obviously other teams know that they are easily baited

Warriors aren't easy beats though they do have a dig but it easy to be complacent in these games

Injury toll was high. We may have some judiciary charges too. Next week we need to rest people, the long shot chance for a top 4 spot isn't in our favour anyway and we need the rest more.

We are a better side than Parra. They have stunk ever since the lockdown period ended as they have had to travel like everyone else. We were the reverse, really struggled in that period (for obvious reasons).

Swapping us into top 4 for Parra would be more reflective of ability. In any event, we have to play with the cards as dealt.

If we finish 5th and beat 8th do we then play the loser of 1v4?

Pack up and stay home. Forfeit the next game. Allow the deserving Tigers a shot at semi final football. Sack all the players and stop all the clocks and cut off the telephones (Huwaie). Prevent the dog from barking with a juicy bone.

Not sure why Hudson kept getting wrapped today by the commentators. Thought he was fairly quiet for most of the game. Numbers show 8 runs for 79 metres from 74 minutes, which isn't a great return from a middle.

He looks a lot like Sutton from afar, they may have been conflating the two.

Can’t agree there
I thought Hudson Young was well deserving of the comments
He was a constant threat in the middle and very active defensively

I think 5th is a good effort with the injuries we've had. We must bring better attack into 2021.

Eight runs in 74 minutes can't be considered good from a middle, no matter who it is. Same defensive load as Sutton and Tapine who played less minutes.

Maybe because (1) he scored a try showing great skill picking up a ball off his toes and on the slide, (2) Ran a great line for a line break, and ran threatening lines all day, and (3) had three offloads, one leading to Cotric try.

Sutton had a high work rate, but doesn't have any of those class touches. Ever

A try, 2 tackle breaks and 3 offloads is decent particularly when our side has struggled to get many offloads this year. I thought he ran some nice lines as well. I think he's coming along nicely.

He had a clean line break and should have set up a try, and had another couple of half breaks. To me the guy looked like he was threatening to split them every time

Stats or no stats i thought he looked great

Bizarre game that felt like it went for a month.

Wouldn't be taking anything out of that, unless we're planning to play week one without a halfback

Grade 1 contrary conduct. Just a fine unless you have priors.
