66th min TRY ROOSTERS to Luke Keary. He just goes himself up the middle and the Dragons are just standing around, doing nothing. He scores under the posts. The Dragons coach cannot believe it. It is hard to believe. Flanagan converts. That's the game.

The ruck interpretation is a mess again.
Same ref as last week. I’m starting to not enjoy this rule change.

There is just way too much inconsistency.

The Roosters gang tackle and ease the tackled player to the ground better than any team.
It’s a very noticeable ploy and somehow goes unpunished.

You see for me, if you introduce this 6 again rule, you need two refs.

The ruck ref makes the call all the time.

Watch the Roosters play, it is ridiculous how long they gang tackle and pretzel the opponent to the ground. Always ensuring they have 3 in the tackle. Seldom do they tackle with two players and tackle ‘quickly’.

It goes unpunished because the single ref can’t possibly keep an eye on that and the 10 meters.

Roosters overcome horror injury toll to down Dragons





Suspected ACL injuries suffered by Roosters duo Victor Radley and Sam Verrills marred their side’s courageous 26-12 win over St George Illawarra on Friday night.

The injuries, which prompted a complaint from the Roosters over the state of the playing surface, threaten to leave the Tricolours without two players who started the 2019 grand final for an extended period of time.

Roosters are a great team. Nearly every player is near one of the best in the NRL.
They are also very well coached.
My heart sank watching the game against the Dragons, seeing how they are clearly a level above everyone else.

Third party sponsorships, free to air scheduling, NRL favouritism... how can any team other than Parramatta and the Broncos really ever challenge consistently for a premiership?

No club like the Raiders could ever hope to assemble such a group of marquee players and leverage the advantages these guys have.

The North Queensland Cowboys have produced a stunning turnaround to down Newcastle 32-20, ending a three-game losing streak and easing the pressure on coach Paul Green.

Taylor shines as Titans stun big brother Broncos





The Gold Coast Titans have ridden the back of a resurgent Ash Taylor to heap more pain on the under-siege Broncos with a 30-12 upset at Suncorp Stadium on Saturday night.

Taylor was at his scheming best, setting up tries and scoring one himself as he took a clear points victory in the playmaking showdown with Brodie Croft and Anthony Milford.
