What a joke the way these refs look after the Roosters

66th min TRY ROOSTERS to Luke Keary. He just goes himself up the middle and the Dragons are just standing around, doing nothing. He scores under the posts. The Dragons coach cannot believe it. It is hard to believe. Flanagan converts. That's the game.

How was that not a penalty to the Dragons! He called held, held, release...
Re: 2020 NRL Round 7: Teams and Game Day
Funny no penalty for them tackling the kicker

There is just way too much inconsistency.GreenMachine wrote: ↑June 26, 2020, 9:40 pm The ruck interpretation is a mess again.
Same ref as last week. I’m starting to not enjoy this rule change.

The Roosters gang tackle and ease the tackled player to the ground better than any team.
It’s a very noticeable ploy and somehow goes unpunished.

You see for me, if you introduce this 6 again rule, you need two refs.greeneyed wrote: ↑June 26, 2020, 9:45 pmThere is just way too much inconsistency.GreenMachine wrote: ↑June 26, 2020, 9:40 pm The ruck interpretation is a mess again.

The ruck ref makes the call all the time.
Watch the Roosters play, it is ridiculous how long they gang tackle and pretzel the opponent to the ground. Always ensuring they have 3 in the tackle. Seldom do they tackle with two players and tackle ‘quickly’.
It goes unpunished because the single ref can’t possibly keep an eye on that and the 10 meters.

77th min TRY ROOSTERS to Brett Morris, off a Keary kick to the corner. That's certainly the game for a 15 man Roosters team. Flanagan converts from out wide.

Roosters overcome horror injury toll to down Dragons
Suspected ACL injuries suffered by Roosters duo Victor Radley and Sam Verrills marred their side’s courageous 26-12 win over St George Illawarra on Friday night.
The injuries, which prompted a complaint from the Roosters over the state of the playing surface, threaten to leave the Tricolours without two players who started the 2019 grand final for an extended period of time.

Re: 2020 NRL Round 7: Teams and Game Day
Roosters are a great team. Nearly every player is near one of the best in the NRL.
They are also very well coached.
My heart sank watching the game against the Dragons, seeing how they are clearly a level above everyone else.
Third party sponsorships, free to air scheduling, NRL favouritism... how can any team other than Parramatta and the Broncos really ever challenge consistently for a premiership?
No club like the Raiders could ever hope to assemble such a group of marquee players and leverage the advantages these guys have.

Obviously not a penalty try. And it was a forward pass for a start!

How much does Anasta want the Broncos to win. Worst pundit in Australia. Earlier a ball clearly went backwards a metre yet Anasta was Filthy it wasn’t called a knock on inBroncos favour.

This is what happen when you give an ex rugby league forward a microphone. Being good at smashing your body into others does not make you a good pundit.

Pretty disgusting the number of calls going Broncos way at the moment.

Re: 2020 NRL Round 7: Teams and Game Day
I watched the Broncos geeing up when Isaac Luke arrived to his first training session.
I watched them all staunched up pre-game tonight.
So much ego, so little substance.
Can’t wait for all the former Broncos greats to tee-off on them.

Haha sucked in Broncos

They are second last. If the dogs can get up over the Tigpies, the Broncos will be last.
