Who comes back fit and unfit?

So with training to begin on the 4th of May. Who do we think in the Raiders squad will have done the work to be fit and who might have struggled to put in the work in while in ISO?
I know if BJ was in the squad I would have had serious concerns. But I think most of the squad would have been pretty good.

They probably have all lost a bit, given the lack of training facilities etc... but I don't think anyone will come back "unfit".

Hasn't been long enough to lose massive amounts of conditioning

Most of them have been running most days and or doing other program stuff will just be game fitness they've lost

Can't see anyone being too off but they've got 3 weeks to give them a bit of a thrashing. Guys like HSS with gyms at home won't miss a beat.
Maybe Horsburgh, if I had to nominate anyone for a little pudge.
