It's a show about nothing

It's basically a chat show where they talk ****, like this thread

They're basically doing a breakfast/drive time rugby league radio show with video. Five hours a day, two hours in the morning, three in the afternoon, and they then repeat them. Plus they're doing weekends with the Matty Johns Show team. Cheap, and lots of hours. Lots of FaceTime interviews. They'll be hoping it can stem the cancellation of subscriptions. NRL 360 is gone, sadly, as Ikin had to go back to Queensland. Plus it is probably a more expensive show.

I think Foxtel have solved that by the fact it's basically impossible to cancel at the moment without spending 6 hours on hold.

Can't downgrade online either.. absolute **** show

I never swung off our one at home. Too afraid of Dad. I’d wait until Saturday, when my cousins took me to church. Afterwards, we’d go to Granny’s for lunch and I’d swing off hers

Mrs PJ noticed an extra $10 added to our monthly bill for 3 consecutive months. She rang them to ask what the extra charges are for and they said for the HD channels. We don't have HD channels.

They apologised, gave us a free upgrade to IQ4 with no additional hike to our current deal.

The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.

If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.

There's not much happening..

We've made the decision to stay home today..for safety reasons.

But I'm bored..

No footy is biting the hardest, can't even go for a walk down the local park and watch the kids/jnrs play. Lawn doesn't need mowing. Rubbish on tv..

I hate you Cororna..lucky I'm a Tooheys man.

Yeah I agree, not much happening in the 2765. The house has never been cleaner. The yard has never been more groomed.. I’m even gamed out. Bought Witcher 3 on sale, and lost motivation to push through it

I'm still working at this stage..apparently we are an essential service..so the show goes on.

Wednesday will be week 3 of indefinite WFH for me. So far so good with work. We'll probably get more work coming in, on account of our offshore processing teams are locked down and can't work, so there's a chunk of work that needs to be rolled back

I'm free to take a walk, hit the shops and generally catch all the fresh air I need.

Keeping my distance from other people of course.

But there's absolutely nothing happening around the burbs..
