This game may not go ahead yet.
Warriors are having a meeting today to decide if they are staying. The plan was to have family fly over whilst they stayed out here , they cant come anymore with the border locked down.

Warriors declare ‘we’re going nowhere’ as club commits to playing on in 2020 NRL season

Canberra Raiders take hats off to New Zealand Warriors

Josh Hodgson would be hesitant to leave his young family for weeks on end, but he admits it's something he might have to do to help keep the NRL alive.

"I really do take my hat off to them. It's a massive commitment and I know it's not a decision that would've been taken lightly. If we ever got that decision put on us too it'd be a really tough one to make. But ultimately it's the NRL and rugby league that gives your family their livelihood and that gives you the life you've got.

Start even more important for NRL shutout: Canberra Raiders co-captain Jarrod Croker

With the teams adjusting to no crowd, Canberra Raiders co-captain Jarrod Croker thinks the first 15 minutes will be so crucial against the New Zealand Warriors at the Gold Coast on Saturday.

"Once you get out there it will probably feel like training again," Croker said "One thing I did notice was once they got into their groove and into their rhythm you probably forget about it. You tend to block a lot of the noise out when you're out there.

Canberra Raiders ready for 'focused' New Zealand Warriors

Canberra co-captain Jarrod Croker says the Warriors will be fuelled by the adversity they've faced in 2020.

"If they're ever going to be up for a game, this is going to be it," Croker said. "It's tough for us with everything that's gone on but first week in camp for them, they're going to feel like their backs are to the wall and they're going to come out fired up."

Good to see the warriors are using some common sence. As I mentioned a few days ago, go home if you want, just don't complain when you lining up at Centrelink for your new start allowance.

With an ounce of money management im thinking most will have some money in the bank, seasoned players probably own at least one house.
