Site upgrade work

Post by greeneyed »

We will have some site downtime Monday 9 March at 9pm. Some updating, including a new site banner for the new season. We may be down for an hour. Thanks nacho for all his work... and to Jack Cronin for the new banner!

Hi all... nacho is doing some more work on upgrading the site... uncovered by the small glitches after the latest phpbb software upgrade. Hopefully, it will be minimal down time if there is any. The site might look a bit strange at times while work proceeds!

Nacho advising that that issue is one in the new version of phpbb. There will doubtless be a fix in the next version. With nacho on board, he's doing board software updates very regularly... Thanks nacho!

Pleasure.

Ok guys - I've completed the following (but need someone to test for me)

- External links should open in a new tab
- Quick Reply functionality should be back?
- Deleting PM issue should now be fixed

Quick reply.

Edit:
External site links work.
Single and multiple deletes of PMs works.

Hi all... nacho has implemented a solution to links not opening in new tabs... if you're finding that there are any unexpected results or glitches, please let us know! Test it out please and let us know! Thanks nacho for all your work!
