Williams has easily been our worst out there.... He is trying to do too much and has nothing to offer...
Was the best player imo.
Yeah, other than that pushed pass he was good.
Anyway, you can't turn the ball over 5 times and duff up 2 kickoffs and get close to winning these games, but I thought we looked pretty good in general play, up against their first string side.
Wasn’t really their first string side.
They rested what would be their best 2 9s players yesterday.

A) attend the NRL Nines
B) share a beer with Todd Greenburg
C) share a beer with Curtis Scott

I meant a side largely made up of first grade players. Broadly speaking, the Titans weren't that impressive. We handed them the game.
What i saw fromt last nights game is we didnt play a 9's style of footy, we tryied to played structured 1 out footy, where the titans play hot potato and thats how 9's is played

Tbf I don’t think we’ve trained specifically for the 9 format. Especially with our defence. I think we’ve just stayed training specifically for our season and sent a non risky team over just to wing it. $1mil really isn’t a huge amount of money to footy clubs especially us at the moment. We’re on the rise and will be making much larger profits than recent years just through memberships and merch. A smart move by the club.
I also love that we haven’t used oldfield. With our current predicament there’s no use risking him. We know what he can do, let blokes like HSS show what they can do if needed in the season.
So for us to go to the finals I’m thinking we need to smack the bunnies and the tigers need to smack the titans? Doubt we’ll make our f/a back though. Less risk of injury though so works for me.
Nice interviews from Michael Ennis with Jack Murchie and Matt Timoko from the Raiders warm up... loving how Matt Timoko ran off, with Michael Ennis in pursuit.

Timoko clearly hasn’t completed his media training
