Yeah, other than that pushed pass he was good.

Anyway, you can't turn the ball over 5 times and duff up 2 kickoffs and get close to winning these games, but I thought we looked pretty good in general play, up against their first string side.
Wasn’t really their first string side.

They rested what would be their best 2 9s players yesterday.
well, I guess you could say that I'm buy curious.

d) share a beer with Todd Carney

I think he was probably a bit unlucky on that one too, I thought he’d released it backwards and then it went forwards off the defenders back.

I meant a side largely made up of first grade players. Broadly speaking, the Titans weren't that impressive. We handed them the game.

Tbf I don’t think we’ve trained specifically for the 9 format. Especially with our defence. I think we’ve just stayed training specifically for our season and sent a non risky team over just to wing it. $1mil really isn’t a huge amount of money to footy clubs especially us at the moment. We’re on the rise and will be making much larger profits than recent years just through memberships and merch. A smart move by the club.

I also love that we haven’t used oldfield. With our current predicament there’s no use risking him. We know what he can do, let blokes like HSS show what they can do if needed in the season.

So for us to go to the finals I’m thinking we need to smack the bunnies and the tigers need to smack the titans? Doubt we’ll make our f/a back though. Less risk of injury though so works for me.

7th min TRY RABBITOHS to Joshua Cook, off the back of a penalty. It is a bonus point try, just. Converted.

Raiders 8-7

Now the Raiders fail to take the short kick off, Rabbitohs back on attack.

8th min TRY RABBITOHS to Blake Taaffe, chasing the kick to the in goal on the last tackle.

Rabbitohs 13-8

HALF TIME

Disappointing couple of minutes to finish the half, conceding a quick 13 points.

Getting the kick-offs right is so important in this format. The good teams prepare for it
