I'll never understand how the NRL manage their finals ticket sales. Random discount codes, confusing presales, the mess of members ticket allocations. It's a complete shambles.

Same case with me. I ended up in a higher tier even with a Gold ticket. I think it's reflective that most tickets have been snapped up other than those and the supporters bays.

I purchased three tickets in the Gold section, hoping though I can snap up some tix on Monday and sell the Gold ones.

So I clicked "Find My AAN", entered my details and got my redemption code and the only games I can redeem tickets are the Preliminary Final games. So yes, not working. Either email is giving false information or technical issues!
