I wonder how that will impact all the discussion about Des Hasler being awarded Dally M Coach of the Year and whether Ricky Stuart's chances have increased.

Should have switched over to Nine earlier. Didn't see the presentation of the JJ Giltinan Shield, except on replay.

I love how the Channel 9 commentators are dressed up like they are in a blizzard. Whereas everyone else is in a suit coat.

They've been consistent for years. You can't put the ball down before getting to your feet. If you do and **** up, it's on you regardless of what the opposition are doing
Yeah they got that one right. If he wants the pen he needs to flop around trying to get up and hold onto the ball.

I haven’t been watching the game. Has the spectre of Tigers and Sharks agreeing to tie if Broncos lose been raised?!

How is this not a thing in the media?

If it’s a 80 minute draw then they should both shake hands and accept the draw

Forget that. Shake hands at the kickoff agree to a draw and play forcings back for 90 mins. Why bother playing the first 80?

Sometimes footy aint fair. The dragons should be down to 12 men, but the player who conceded the penalty tried to make an offside tackle and wasnt quick enough to do it... 3 tackles later, they're back knocking on the door for a try the other way

Amazing atmosphere at Leichardt.

Sharks playing very tough and dour. They'll wear the tigers down I think

The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.

If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.

Cronulla are going to be a problem for whichever side of the draw they are on.

They should end Manly’s Season next weekend.
