Big problem is... no seats for the public, not even members, on the western side.

How long to they get to take a kick these days? I thought it was time off after 60 secs?

No... I'm told that the Eels members who have had seats on the western side of Parramatta Stadium for decades were/are completely up in arms, and rightly so. It is an awful thing to do to your core fans. It is a sorry state of affairs for the working man's sport, that they can't get decent seats which don't look into the sun in the afternoon.

Sure corporates can afford it, but they are not the people who turn up every week, the people with rugby league flowing through their veins. The corporate “guests” are the people who don't actually pay, don’t actually watch the game, are there to drink and socialise... and leave the seats allocated to them largely unfilled... while others don't even have the opportunity to get them.

Agree GE. The corporates include Mr Shrivel from the radio network, who wouldn't know Gutherson from The Queen

The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.

If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.

And now the Tigers score! That is unjust.

They miss the goal... that is just.

So two players get 10 minutes in the bin for marginally late shots to the ribs. Surgess knocks a block out cold, no sinbin or suspension.

It's ridiculous. There're ought to be an investigation into this.

So now the bunker says a mistimed jump can't interfere with a defender.

I don’t know tbh, but wasn’t that the entire point of the bunker?
