At least Green had the brains to drop Taulagi. Shame same can’t be said for MacGregor continuing to pick Ben Hunt

Both of these teams are putrid. How did we lose to the Cowboys and at home

Brisbane really need some halves. Their attack is impotent

Cowboys try disallowed because McCullough was too busy putting his hands up rather than trying to make a tackle

Bunker got it correct. It's not the bunker, it's how they instructed to rule.Makaveli wrote:Cowboys try disallowed because McCullough was too busy putting his hands up rather than trying to make a tackle

They’re two pretty average teams. That kick from Morgan early in the count was ridiculous.

Imagine if you'd have to play one of these two teams in the finals you'd be laughing

Surely the Broncos knocked that out... and the correct call was play on Cowboys?!
Re: 2019 NRL Round 21 - Teams and Game Day
Oh goodness gracious me. What was that from the Broncos in the red zone?

How much does Parker have on the Broncos he sounds filthy at their performance

I really hope the MRC have a close look at that McGuire/Lodge altercation just after half time. McGuire looked to stick his fingers up near Lodges eyes.

That drop is awful from the Cowboys. Talk about inviting the opposition back into the contest.

Re: 2019 NRL Round 21 - Teams and Game Day
So why have a shot clock on a scrum if refs ignore it?

It would be a dirty result if the Broncos can somehow get away with this game

Geez this is a boring game. Unless the raiders are playing I'm not interested in watching the nrl.

I missed the actual scrum but earlier in the year they explained that so long as the scrum is formed (not fed) by the time the shot clock goes off.Northern Raider wrote:So why have a shot clock on a scrum if refs ignore it?

Re: 2019 NRL Round 21 - Teams and Game Day
The Broncos were surely off side! Had to be a penalty in front.
Re: 2019 NRL Round 21 - Teams and Game Day
That’s either a line drop out against the Broncos or a penalty to the Broncos!
Re: 2019 NRL Round 21 - Teams and Game Day
Now Pangai produces the error.
Re: 2019 NRL Round 21 - Teams and Game Day
Now it’s a penalty in front for the Cowboys.
Re: 2019 NRL Round 21 - Teams and Game Day
What are these refs doing? Milford pushed back into the in goal, but called held just as he goes back - but then told to play it a metre out. It is probably how those issues should be handled but not in the rulebook. It's either a penalty or a dropout.
