Another way to look at it is, the Raiders did such a job on the Panthers, it has knocked them and their confidence for a six.

So for the non gamblers here, explain all that.

Son, we live in a world that has forums, and those forums have to be guarded by Mods. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Nickman? I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for Lucy, and you curse GE. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know -- that GE’s moderation, while tragic, probably saved lives; and my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, keeps threads on track and under the appropriately sized, highlighted green headings.
You want moderation because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me on that forum -- you need me on that forum. We use words like "stay on topic," "use the appropriate forum," "please delete." We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very moderation that I provide and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather that you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you get a green handle and edit a post. Either way, I don't give a DAMN what you think about moderation.

At the start of the year i put a bet on for this:

Storm over 14.5 wins
Sharks over 12.5 wins
Bulldogs under 8.5 wins
Titans under 9.5 wins

All on a parlay... so i've got to win all 4 legs to take home the cash... the ticket is worth $1300, if the Sharks can get their way to 13 wins, im going to take home a nice pay day.

I think you'll be sending a physio over to Wade Graham's place on the regular.

So we're riding the Titans today.

If the Titans can't get it done we need the Rooters to win by 16pts or less to maintain 2nd spot.

If the Rooters win by 17pts we'll be level on f/a but the Rooters move into 2nd because..

A) They hit more boundaries than us.
B) They're from Sydney.
C) Nick said.
D) All the above.

He has been pretty ordinary, they looked better with Flanagan. Most of this site wanted Johnson here, I think (purely in hindsight) we dodged a bullet.

Titans win would be good for us this week. Bad for us next week. Don't think we want the Roosters coming off a bad loss.

Not that this theory is under any threat of being tested.

It’s a hard bet to hedge tbh
If it comes down to the wire, and the sharks go into week 25 needing a win, I’ll definitely go pretty hard with a hedge on the tigers h2h to make sure I come of this with something

But then if they rattle off 3 of their next 4, you’d have to feel pretty confident they’ll do the tigers

The Titans would lose to some Canterbury Cup teams, probably more than a few of them.

Don't think I've seen a team with less ticker than the Titans. Good luck Holbrook.

Well I guess the one week blitz on forward passes is over. Looked clearly forward to Paulo for that try.... but Sterlo what did you think of it?

Last week Maloney lays on Bateman's neck. Klein says no penalty when Bateman feels for his neck. As Ricky said, it is better for the game as that is an accident. Same thing happens in consecutive sets in the Dragons v Eels game. This week Klein penalised both. Another example of no consistency.
