Re: 2019 NRL Round 20 - Teams and Game Day
Does Green want to lose or why does he keep picking Taulagi
He had a clear shot on Marsters but just let him score
And now clean drops a bomb leading to another try. Good work Green

God that Clifford is awful. I think every game I've watched the Cowboys he has kicked it out on the full
Lolo makes a 50m metre bust and Opacic drops it cold the next play. Gee whiz

Bunker just ripped off a clean try to the Cowboys for obstruction, goodo
Why do officials rip teams off every single week and why is nothing ever done about it

Re: 2019 NRL Round 20 - Teams and Game Day
Cowboys score their first try after 65 minutes, down by 14 and Clifford misses the kick. Why he's the first choice after losing them the game last week is anyones guess

2019 NRL Round 20 - Teams and Game Day
I think it’s debatable. The block runner gets between the defender and the ball and obstructs the path to the ball. Probably wouldn’t have quite got there, but I think he has time to get close and potentially impacts the decision making of the passer.Makaveli wrote:Bunker just ripped off a clean try to the Cowboys for obstruction, goodo

I agree that they’re bloody inconsistent on obstructions.
Re: 2019 NRL Round 20 - Teams and Game Day
Cows were unlucky imo. The obstruction and the forward pass try were line ball imo. Then Feldt was unlucky to lose the ball the other time. Tigers very reliant on kicks.
well, I guess you could say that I'm buy curious.

Week in week out, free to air league watchers have to see the boring Broncos losing the most unexciting football games.
What a waste of opportunity to showcase the excitement and quality that rugby league can offer.

How did the Refs miss that forward pass from Milford in the tackle before the Broncos try. He threw it whilst standing still to a guy a metre in front of him.

If Newcastle could come out and beat Manly and the sharks beat the rabbits that'd be great.
Re: 2019 NRL Round 20 - Teams and Game Day
I think Sharks more likely than the Knights. Rabbits have been a bit patchy the past few weeks but then again Sharks have been playing as badly as the Knights.zim wrote:If Newcastle could come out and beat Manly and the sharks beat the rabbits that'd be great.

Manly giving Knights every possible chance but they're not good enough to take them.

Are we supporting Newcastle or Manly? Knights I assume - to get the buffer. I do have Manly in my weekly multi, but willing to sacrifice my financial success for the Raiders, of course.

Hard to see Brown lasting much longer as coach.

Re: 2019 NRL Round 20 - Teams and Game Day
Knights stuck around longer than i thought they would. They have a tendency it seems to do this, they hang aroud pretty well but once the dam breaks, it really **** breaks
Re: 2019 NRL Round 20 - Teams and Game Day
There are some pretty ordinary coaches in the NRL but who replaces them. Knights chasing the game in the second half never looked threatening. Their style of play is 'follow Pearce and Ponga and something magic will happen'.Northern Raider wrote:Hard to see Brown lasting much longer as coach.
