61st min The Raiders bomb a try! Tom Robertson kicks ahead, and O'Donnell can't quite regather it. The Warriors ruled to have knocked on and a line drop out is somehow ruled.
63rd min TRY RAIDERS to Tom Robertston! He gets a double! What a great charging run! Toby Westcott converts.
Raiders 30-16
That's a win for the Green Machine now!

69th min TRY RAIDERS to Jarrett Subloo! WHAT A TRY! Great run from Harley Smith Shields, playing at fullback, picked up a kick close to his line - made a huge break and offloaded to Subloo! That was amazing. No conversion for Westcott from the sideline.

Kyle Patterson was outstanding today as well.
Re: 2019 Canberra Raiders Jersey Flegg
Patterson plays well every week as does Smith Sheilds. Surprises me that every time a player comes on the market we compare them to what we have but leave our 20’s out. The Raiders middles where good and i thought we got in the grind in the first half well. I think the wind was playing havoc for both sides. Thought the raiders controlled the game in the back end off Westcott’s short game. Great team effort and looking forward to watching them live again next week against the Rooster’s

The Canberra Raiders Jersey Flegg team are back home in Round 21, as the Jersey Flegg competition enters the final month of the regular season. They will meet the Sydney Roosters on Saturday at the Canberra Raiders' "spiritual home", Seiffert Oval.
Last week: The Raiders produced a very good victory over the New Zealand Warriors at Auckland's North Harbour Stadium in Round 20 - in one of their toughest "road trips" of the year.
The Warriors scored early, in just the sixth minute, with second rower Tom Ale chasing down a good grubber from Casey Smith.
However, the Raiders worked their way back into the game - and in the 17th minute, levelled the scores at 6-6. A great run from centre Matt Timoko set up an opportunity for hooker Kyle Patterson to dart over from dummy half, from close to the try line.
The Green Machine took the lead in the 26th minute, with more good work from Patterson setting up a try for centre Harley Smith Shields.
Three minutes from the break, Warriors hooker Taniela Otukolo drove his way across the white stripe from dummy half, setting up a 12-10 scoreline in favour of the Raiders at half time.
In the 43rd minute, Otukolo was over for his second try - after half Sione Moala made the break, throwing a dummy and cutting straight through the Raiders' defensive line. The Warriors took a 16-12 lead, but that was as good as it got for the home team.
Canberra prop Tyson Hodge barged his way over the white stripe from dummy half in the 48th minute - putting the Raiders back in front by two.
There is little doubt Raiders hooker Kyle Patterson was the man of the match. He again proved his worth in setting up the next try, shooting a bullet like pass to forward Tom Robertson, who was running the perfect line to get for four points. Robertson bagged a double seven minutes later, after an inspiring charge.
The try of the match came at the death, when Harley Smith Shields scooped up the ball from close to the Raiders' own line and made a huge break down field. It looked like he might be rounded up, and he slowed, attracting the interest of the defenders, before throwing a great off load to a flying Jarrett Subloo. No one was going to stop him at full pace. Toby Westcott was unable to convert Subloo's try from the sideline, but it mattered little, with the Raiders running out impressive 34-16 winners.
This week: The Raiders remain in seventh place on the competition table - but they are just one win away from the third placed Panthers. They are also only three competition points adrift of this week's opponents, the second placed Roosters, and the ladder leading Sharks.
The Roosters suffered a 22-12 loss to the Newcastle Knights in Round 20 at North Sydney Oval, with the visitors scoring four tries in the first half, and taking a 22-0 lead to the half time break. The Roosters scored twice in the second half, but it was too little, too late. It cost the Roosters their No. 1 ranking in the competition. They had been on a four game winning streak, with victories over the Bears (42-16), Dragons (24-6), Thunderbolts (22-10) and Sea Eagles (16-0).
The Raiders have been undefeated in their past four matches, but one of those matches includes a 26 all draw against the Penrith Panthers. Other recent wins have come over the Wests Tigers (38-6) and Parramatta Eels (28-16).
Canberra ranks third in the league in attack, while the Roosters rank 10th. The Raiders' defensive ranking has improved and they now rank fifth for least points conceded - while the Roosters are the best defensive team in the competition. They average just 14 points conceded per match - and for a junior team, that is very impressive.
Season record: Raiders 9 and 5, 2 draws (7th, +168)
Roosters 11 and 4, 1 draw (2nd, +137)
Form: Raiders: LWWDW
Roosters: WWWWL
Attacking record: Raiders 29, Roosters 23 points scored per match
Defensive record: Raiders 18, Roosters 14 points conceded per match
Raiders record at home: 3 and 3
Roosters record away: 6 and 2
Recent meetings:
2019 Round 4: Sydney Roosters 22 defeated Canberra Raiders 20 at Seiffert Oval.
Raiders team changes: Gideon Afemui comes into the starting team on the wing, with Jordan Martin replacing the injured Lachlan Lewis in the second row. Lazarus Vaalepu comes back into the team on the bench. There are no other changes, but Harley Smith Shields has been named for Mounties on the wing, as well as in the Jersey Flegg side. We can expect a late change in the Under 20s, with Mounties taking precedence. Smith Shields will be a big loss for the Under 20s.
Our tip: This is a huge opportunity for the Green Machine. The Raiders have an advantage in attack, but will they be able to crack the Roosters' defence? With the Roosters coming off a loss, the Raiders might be getting them at a vulnerable time. Canberra almost beat this team earlier this year at Seiffert, falling only two points short. It is a strange quirk of the draw which sees the Raiders host the same team at their home venue twice in one season - but it may be that extra advantage that the Raiders need to get the competition points. If Canberra is to get a top four finish, they need to knock over the teams above them on the ladder. And the way they're playing, I'm tipping them to do it. Make sure you get out to the ground to support the team!

I only just watched tonight the second half from the game on Saturday.
Gee we were good. Some of the improvement in different players has been amazing. Will post some more detailed thoughts later but these guys could give it a crack.
Big test at Sieffert on Saturday.

Re: 2019 Canberra Raiders Jersey Flegg
5 mins to go TRY ROOSTERS to Freddy Lussick from dummy half. Just barges through. Terrible refereeing in the lead up, Raiders penalised in the third milked tackle in a row. The player then lept to his feet for a quick tap and run. Ridiculous. Zane Harris converts.
