If there's one team that can fight back from this situation it's Australia

Will that be Handscombe's last recall?

You think Handscombe's dismissal was due to the pitch?

This is getting better. Settling into a nice partnership. Smith needs to score well here, and Carey's doing a nice job.
But our bowlers better be ready because I think no matter what we've given them a mountain of work to do.

Trolls now is it. I criticised Hanscombe and then you have a sook about it. I didn't realise you were so sensitive on the topic otherwise I would have refrained from 'trolling'.

Re: The Cricket Thread
Yeah it won't be easy but there's definitely enough in the pitch. Starc is obviously going to be key and everybody knows that. he didn't bowl well in the last match hopefully he finds his radar again

Also, I'm getting mildly concerned about the steady increase in bandaging on Carey's face and the fact that blood STILL appears to be seeping through it!

Amazing how much time Steve Smith has. Bowlers pushing 150k and he makes them look like medium pace.

I know he doesn't have a great first class record but I don't think it'll be long before he's playing test cricket he's a class actraiderskater wrote: ↑July 11, 2019, 8:57 pm Also, I'm getting mildly concerned about the steady increase in bandaging on Carey's face and the fact that blood STILL appears to be seeping through it!

Re: The Cricket Thread
Could see some pressure mounting on Tim Paine soon. He's not scored a lot of runs this past summer. Senior players returning to the team (Smith, Warner). It's only a matter of time till Carey replaces him IMO.Azza wrote: ↑July 11, 2019, 9:02 pmI know he doesn't have a great first class record but I don't think it'll be long before he's playing test cricket he's a class actraiderskater wrote: ↑July 11, 2019, 8:57 pm Also, I'm getting mildly concerned about the steady increase in bandaging on Carey's face and the fact that blood STILL appears to be seeping through it!

Didn't realise that was part of his penance. In that case Langer will continue to captain from the sheds.
