Melbourne Storm kick off in the clash with the Dragons at Wollongong. Very poor crowd again. It has been raining in the 'Gong.

Dufty picked up and dragged back into his in goal. I'm sure I've seen teams penalised for doing exactly that.

Sure - Dufty should be penalised for a voluntary tackle but they don't penalise that ever but I'm sure as soon as a defender touches the player it's held and you can't pick them up, or drag them back into the in goal or into touch.

Haha, they never give penalties in the last 10 when the scores are even, unless it’s for The Storm.

Some poor discipline from the Dragons. That game was there to win if they could control the ball. 5th tackle plays were appalling.

So it's only unrecognised bias if the officials make a mistake in favour of *checks notes*… the roosters, storm or broncos??
Everything else is just a mistake?

Re: 2019 NRL Round 16 - Teams and Game Day
You’re being silly now. Unrecognised bias doesn’t rule out the possibility of incorrect decisions being made against star teams or athletes. Overall however, the star teams and athletes receive more favoured treatment in officiating. The Rickman wrote:So it's only unrecognised bias if the officials make a mistake in favour of *checks notes*… the roosters, storm or broncos??

When the dragons player failed to get to his feet to play the ball and they scored a try that's NOT unrecognised bias, but when the storm players dragged a dragons player into the in goal it IS unrecognised bias… correct??
