Looks like some of the part took 13 hours to get to Brisbane, didn’t get in to Brisbane airport till well after midnight, Corey Horsburgh and Brett White. And ASADA turned up at 7:30am to test some of the team in their hotel...

Canberra Raiders star Jack Wighton eyes State of Origin

Canberra Raiders five-eighth Jack Wighton's burning desire to play at State of Origin level has been given a boost as a form and injury crisis grounds his teammates and rivals alike.

"I'd love to be back in the mix for Origin. It's every kid's dream so you just have to take it as it comes. I'd love to be anywhere on that park and in that kind of arena," Wighton said.

A testing two weeks but Canberra Raiders have nothing to prove

It doesn't get much bigger than this. A one-two punch against the one-two teams. The cream of the NRL crop. The next two weeks are massive tests for Ricky Stuart's Green Machine.

Reigning premiers and ladder-leaders Sydney Roosters in the magical clash of the Magic Round followed by South Sydney, equal top and thriving under the super coach Wayne Bennett.

Canberra Raiders Josh Papalii and Jordan Rapana swoop on Mother's Day magic

Josh Papalii and Jordan Rapana knew they might have a bit of trouble when it came to finding enough tickets for Queensland family and friends this week.

"I've got 26 tickets at the moment, and I think I might need a few more," Papalii laughed. "I requested 20 and then got a few spares the boys are not using. I quickly scooped those up.

With Bird doing his knee, if Croker ever wants to play State of Origin having a belter tomorrow against the pacesetters might be his best chance.
