Canberra Raiders

Jordan Rapana will miss the first 11-14 rounds of the 2019 season following surgery on a dislocated shoulder suffered on Kiwis duty. Ata Hingano is expected to miss the opening six months of the season with a similar setback.

Michael Oldfield, a possible replacement for Rapana, will remain on modified duties at training as he continues to recover from a knee injury. Jarrod Croker has started straight line running and is expected to return to full contact training in January. Aidan Sezer has overcome a hamstring injury.

Starting the year quite well injury and suspension wise, it's just a shame that they're both for the same position.

Those 20 minutes where we had a full strength top 17 was cool.. here's hoping next week we have a full strength whole squad! That'd be a rare feat for any club

Not sure on the thumb but I think he's had a hand injury to start the year for the last 3 seasons.

Man that must have been some groin injury. Players have come back from surgery faster.
You gotta feel for the bloke. I think he's missed his opportunity with everyone fit and Bailey killing it in reggies.

He is the new TLL. Hopefully like a lot of our injuries his recovery time is exagerrated.

Great opportunity for Murchie and Young now.
