4th ODI in India overnight.
IND 358
Dharwan 143
AUS 6/359
Koala 91
Handscomb 117
AJ Turner 84*

Series now 2–2 with deciding 5 th game to be played Wednesday.

Great fight back in the series by AUS, let's hope they can finish this off well after winning the T20 series..

I’ve said this for a while now if we want to win the World Cup we have to roll the dice and keep with handscomb. Carey’s role then goes to a stronger batsman.
well, I guess you could say that I'm buy curious.

If Finch gets picked over koala then we are not picking our strongest side and do not deserve to win.

Replace Carey with Handscomb Or just pick Wade?

Another series win in India. After a horrendous summer of cricket maybe Australian cricket is heading in the right direction again.

To beat India in India in the One Day series gives a tremendous boost to confidence of the side. Winning form is good form and I hope the 12 from this last match is retained for the opening World Cup matches. Only poor form should see any of them replaced regardless of the reputations of those wanting to break into the side. Form should matter.

Warner just belted a T20 100 too. So our squad going into the Cup is looking really good.

Crazy turn around from a batting line up that looked to be absolutely screaming out for the return of Smith and Warner, to now a situation where player/s will miss out despite having put good scores on the board in the last month or so.

I'm glad to hear the glowing endorsement that Justin Langer gave Glen Maxwell, he's an absolute freak.

Pretty sure some people here were saying the Aussie test captain would never get picked for an A tour.

Paine, Patterson, Labushagne and possibly even Head won't be in the WC squad, so they'd be named in the a tour
There is no way the national skipper plays for the A side.

Id be surprised if Head isnt in the WC squad TBH.

If those other 2 played in the A side, im ok with that.

The A side is supposed to be an up and comers/ fringe players side. I think my problem is that Maxwell will be, and Handscomb could be in the WC side.

Smith / khawaja looking good. No Maxwell? Stoinis looked not particularly impressive and those lower order pinch hitters are going to be important
