The truly horrible sight of a Canberra Raiders Immortal in the colours of the Gold Coast Titans.
How have the Canberra Raiders allowed this to happen?

It was a $700k per season contract he forfeited, only to join the Titans a few seasons later for less.
And we got Sia instead.

The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.
If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.

Which former Canberra Raider now has his own fashion label?
"You're from Cootamundra - what would you know about fashion?" He might cop the occasional ribbing from his footy mates but that hasn't stopped former Canberra Raiders hooker Glen Buttriss from launching his own fashion label.
Buttriss has joined forced with three mates - one from Coota, one from Tumut and another from Brisbane - to launch Sanman Clothing: a skate and surf brand offering T-shirts, tank tops, shorts and hoodies.

Blake Austin: Warrington Wolves half-back says happiness the key to move
Warrington Wolves' Blake Austin cannot find a bad thing to say about life in England since moving from Australia, apart from the fact he is missing his favourite meal of chicken schnitzel.
"I knew early on I needed a change," Austin said. "I had been at Canberra for four years and felt like I needed something different. I knew there would be risks in that, I turned down a couple of contract offers from the Raiders and a lot of people would say I was stupid if they saw the size of the offers I was turning down. Happiness is something pretty big for me, I was coming home and I certainly wasn't as happy I'd like to have been.

That was a pretty honest article from Austin. It’s pretty clear he was unhappy here. Not just footy-wise but in general.
I hope he smashes it over there.

Panthers did a fund raiser not long ago for Ray Blacklock. He had fallen on hard times.
Finch works in the media at Fox , so that shouldn't be a hard one
Jason Smith , is it possible to contact the correctional services.
