Yes I believe a similar thing is happening with Dylan Walker. Spouse not pressing charges but police pursuing based on witness statements.

Tentative about bagging out this signing after Raiders signed a reserve grade winger as the fullback

Looking at the broncos squad, in a vacuum (forgetting about how it’d affect the makeup of the side etc.) they have plenty of players who’d probably be better at fullback than Kahu though

Boyd
Isaako
Milford
Bird
Roberts
Nikorima

So they’re kind of signing a clubs 5th, 6th, 7th best fullback option as their number 1 option

Scott Bolton suspended for five weeks and 2.5 per cent of 2019 salary

The NRL has suspended North Queensland Cowboys prop Scott Bolton for 10 weeks - and 5 per cent of his 2019 salary - after he pleaded guilty in January to common assault involving a woman last year.

However, the penalty was halved by the NRL as he has agreed to address the captains and senior players during the Magic Round regarding off field integrity issues.

North Queensland need $30m in funding to guarantee the club’s future

The North Queensland Cowboys are seeking $30 million in government funding to build a new training headquarters. The Cowboys last week unveiled plans to construct a $45 million Community, Training and High Performance Centre, which will be situated adjacent to the opulent $250 million North Queensland Stadium that will be operational for round one of the 2020 NRL season.

Maybe they could build a cheaper one? The Raiders got $5 million from the ACT Government and $4 million from the NSW Government, nothing from the Australian Government, for a $20 million facility. They're asking for $30 million from governments for a $45 million facility!

North Queensland Cowboys club statement

North Queensland Toyota Cowboys prop Matt Scott suffered a mild stroke on Sunday.

Doctors are confident the stroke was unrelated to football and he is expected to make a full recovery.

The retiring Cowboys legend remains in hospital in Brisbane and a Townsville return date remains unclear.

The Cowboys will continue to provide Matt and his family all possible support and the club would ask media to respect the privacy of the Scott family during this time.

Pics of the new Townsville Stadium and the corporate member packages: https://www.cowboys.com.au/news/2019/09 ... -revealed/

Another Stadium with very limited seating for the public on the western side of the ground. But it looks good. You’d definitely want a corporate package if you could afford it.

A pity the Cowboys will suck forever more

Sent from my SM-G960F using The Greenhouse mobile app powered by Tapatalk

The spiral of silence refers to the idea that when people fail to speak, the price of speaking rises. As the price to speak rises, still fewer speak out, which further causes the price to rise, so that fewer people yet will speak out, until a whole culture or nation is silenced. This is what happened in Germany.

If you do not speak, you are not being neutral, but are contributing to the success of the thing you refuse to name and condemn.

Finished the regular season in 4th 17 wins 6 loses in Q cup.
Finished the regular season 1st in under 20’s with 16 wins 1 draw and 3 loses.
Kirwan SHS Just won the national schoolboys championship.

Fair go say that they are doing something right up North.

I never said that. If you look back over my posts I said he didn’t impress me much and I hoped he proved me wrong.

And he’s proved me wrong, and I freely admit that. And I’m happy about it.

Big difference between that and dubby being wrong about absolutely everything.

I thought you said something like that too, so I took your advice and looked back at your posts. Here’s the direct quote...
