He's their up and coming half. Good player, but I'll be surprised if he's ready for first grade.

How old is he? They lost their next gen halves in Lino and Hingano so he must be a young bloke?

I know in many teams their is no difference between a 6 and a 7 but I would be giving Blake Green the 7 and making it abundantly clear that it is his team and the young kid is just going a long for the ride.

This is the message to be sending down. These guys are failing horribly if they don't make the 8. Green is your man and the Scorpion King can do whatever he feels like at 6 and learn how the game needs to be played.
They have an absolutely HUGE talent in Chanel Harris-Tavita but as we have all seen there is a massive difference in being another Lolohea and being a Croft (not Lara).

I can’t see Kearney picking CHT especially not early on .
I reckon he’ll pick Hiku at 5/8, horrible move imo but he’s selected him there for the kiwis a few years back when there were better options around(benji)

Stephen Kearney is set to become the longest-serving coach in the Warriors' history with a three-year extension announced on Tuesday morning. Kearney is now contracted until the end of 2022.

New Zealand Warriors Isaiha Papali'i stood down after drink-driving offence

Promising forward Isaiah Papali'i has been ruled out of the New Zealand Warriors' opening round clash with Canterbury on Saturday after being stood down for a drink-driving offence. Papali'i will serve a one-match club-imposed ban after failing a police breath test while leaving a concert in Gisborne on January 1.

New Zealand Warriors re-sign Jazz Tevaga to end 2021

The Warriors have re-signed utility forward Jazz Tevaga until the end of the 2021 season. The 23-year-old Samoa international will make his 50th NRL appearance against the Sharks in Wellington on Friday.
