What's going on at Lang Park is not good for us... the Warriors lead 14-0, maybe 16-0 in a minute... and they're clearly the team most likely to collapse in the lead up to the finals. It is 16-0.

In the next three weeks we play Cronulla, Melbourne, Penrith - all away.
I think you will find it doesnt matter what happens at Lang Park today Image

roneel78 bringing the harsh light of reality.

You can keep hoping Warriors collapse GE. That’d crush them mentally a bit more for the run home Image

On the bright side, it’s more fun death-riding the Broncos! In fact death-riding Broncos and Roosters means my life doesn’t need to change ImageImage

It's even worse now, the Warriors lead 26-0. Why couldn't we do this a few weeks ago?!

So if we had held onto that lead at Suncorp a few weeks ago we would currently be in the 8.

How frustrating.

Broncos probably win 3 more on ability, but they will get gifted at least one more game. So I think we realistically need 6 from 7. I don't think the usual 13 wins gets us in this year.

Yep, I've thought for some time that 13 won't be enough.

The Broncos being gifted 1 game seems a conservative estimate.

Nah, it's still the Boyd no try call. There was absolutely no justification for that one.

The one tonight is at least in a gray area, you could argue he never propels it towards his goal line, it's the contact with the post that does. It's a stretch though.

Broncos player McCullough receives no suspension for throwing several punches on game day. Also I’m still not sure why his punches didn’t turn the penalty the other way to the warriors?

My surprise.. Can you imagine it?

Is he the first player binned for punching to not receive a suspension? Our very own pug got a week or two from memory but I think he had carryover points.

But Yes, it's getting to the pointy end so any (more) leg ups the NRL can give to their darlings is important.

Wighton 1 week for brushing the sideline official unintentionally which no one saw at the time

McCullough throws 3 punches at a player not throwing back
0 weeks, plus penalty broncos plus binning an opposition player for something that’s never been binned for before
