Throw in a Tapine suspension and we're pretty well boned. What if Raps and the batman aren't right? I'll tell you what. Ricky puts 4 noobs on the bench and plays none of them... That's what.

Injury Update: Round 19
The news is not good for the Raiders Captain, as scans reveal he'll require surgery on his knee to repair damage following a dislocation of his left kneecap. The surgery means Croker will miss the remainder of the 2018 season.
Croker is scheduled to have surgery early next week and should be ready to commence pre-season training for 2019 at the end of the year.

Re: Canberra Raiders injury update 2018
Horrible news. This is the type of thing that will stuff his chances of breaking points and games records.
This is an opportunity for others to progress though.
Abbey was bought to cover Wighton, so you play him at fullback to cover Wighton.
Oldfield is our backup outside back, mostly a winger, so play him on the wing.
Rapa and BJ have a great combo, so don't mess that up.
Cotric is the player who is seen as having potential elsewhere. I've said it a lot now, but I don't think fullback will be Cotric's go. He looks perfectly capable to cover the position, but I don't see the attacking requirements of a fullback. Rapana did most of the planned moves 'from fullback' last week. I think that says a lot more than Ricky taking pressure off him. I've always said Cotric looks a centre to me, played mostly centre in u20s, therefore, this is 100% Ricky's chance to give Cotric an extended run at centre.
