Re: 2018 Mounties
They won't Livestream games as I'd assume they clash with NRL games and shows on foxsports and Nine and they don't want to lose even a few viewers. It's a bit rough to not even offer replays though.
Re: 2018 Mounties
It is ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. The NSWRL should be doing everything possible to expose these games to the public. It is the 21st century. 2018 precisely. Get with it! I shouldn't expect more, I guess from the NSWRL... they can't even manage to have a unified administration between the city and country in NSW. What an antiquated organisation.

2017 NSW Premiership Round 9: Mounties preview
Mounties V New Zealand Warriors
Saturday 5 May
Canberra Stadium
NSW Premiership 12.45pm
TV coverage: Fox League Channel 502 Live
In the NSW Premiership this week, Mounties face the New Zealand Warriors on Saturday at Canberra Stadium in a curtain raiser for the Raiders clash with the Titans - while the Jersey Flegg team has a bye.
Last week: Mounties thrashed the Wyong Roos at Morry Breen Oval in Round 8 last Saturday. Winger Sitiveni Moceidreke scored a hat trick of tries and five goals from nine attempts for a personal tally of 24. The Roos played for 60 minutes with 12 men after former Raider, Reece Robinson was sent off the field by referee Kasey Badger for dissent. Mounties were already leading 14-0 at the point Robinson was sent off. The Roos also lost another former Raider, half Mitch Cornish to a shoulder injury, late in the first half. Mounties led 24-0 at half time - and were never really troubled by the home team.
Charlie Gubb (13 runs for 125m, six tackle breaks, 22 tackles) and Makahesi Makatoa (12 runs for 106m, four tackle breaks) laid the platform up front, while the back three - Abbey (100m), Moceidreke (127m) and Ravalawa (123m) all broke the 100 metres gained mark. Brad Abbey also produced three try assists. Kalani Going (28), Craig Garvey (26) and Jack Murchie (25) topped the tackle count.
This week's contest: Mounties are now outright leaders on the competition ladder, after the Wests Magpies lost to Wentworthville last weekend. This week's opponents the Warriors are in fifth place and have as many wins (five) as the Mounties this season.. but one more loss.
The Warriors have a WLWWW record in their past five matches - with their loss in Round 5 a 32-0 thrashing by the Wests Magpies. The New Zealand outfit had a narrow, two point win over the Newtown Jets in their last outing. Mounties have a LWLWW form line in their past five games.
Mounties have a superior attacking and defensive record. Mounties have averaged 29 points scored per match (the Warriors 22), while they concede 18 points per match (the Warriors 22). The Warriors have a positive points differential of four, while Mounties are +76.
Team changes: For Mounties, Brad Abbey moves from fullback to five eighth, with Tyler Cornish taking over the No. 1 jersey. Kalani Going was a late inclusion in the starting team last week and he will partner Jack Murchie in the second row, with Ed Murphy taking up his regular position at centre.
For the Warriors, former Raider Zac Santo takes over at halfback from Sam Cook. Charnze Nicholl-Klokstad moves from centre Santo's wing spot, with Anthong Gelling coming into the side to partner Cole Waaka in the centres. Manaia Cherrington replaces Karl Lawton as starting hooker. Tevin Arona and King Vuniyayawa come into the top 17 on the bench.
Our tip: While the numbers suggest a Mounties win, the Warriors have some good recent form and will be a very tough opponent. We'll go with the home team... but an "upset" is certainly not out of the question.

30th min TRY WARRIORS to winger Charnz Nicoll-Klokstad in the corner... on the final tackle of the set. Great defence from Mounties, but the long pass created the overlap. No conversion from the sideline. Tough call against Mounties in the lead up of a knock on.

Re: 2018 Mounties
Yep, completely agree. I’m completely stumped why he is not in the top team. Wighton has 4 charges of assault he is fighting at the moment and is in the top team so whatever Garvey has done, it must be badedwahu wrote:Yep, if it isn't for disciplinary reasons Ricky is been stupid.Raiders666 wrote: ↑May 5, 2018, 1:56 pm Not sure what else Garvey has to do to get a call up ... He has always come across as a petulant child in every coaching tenure. Him ruining a players career and clubs season is not a new strategy for Ricky "the destroyer of clubs" Stuart.
