I've been told different things by different people but non one's ever said they can purchase from any bay they want. It varies off when the allocation is made and per stadium. Happy to be corrected by someone that doesn't just have second hand info? The Nickman wrote: ↑April 24, 2018, 1:40 pmThat sounds like absolute rubbish to me, because the Away supporters bay is still in the Grandstand.zim wrote: ↑April 24, 2018, 1:13 pmFrom memory it's the opposing team that says what seats they can use. Raiders might not have had any say in it.The Nickman wrote: ↑April 24, 2018, 12:33 pm So every single year I've used my membership for tickets to this game, I've received 2 x tickets in the grandstand in the Away supporter's bay. This year, I've received two tickets behind the goalposts, on the hill, in general admission.
So this renders my membership absolutely useless, as I now have to buy tickets. I then go to buy tickets and discover the Away supporters bay is STILL IN THE GRANDSTAND! Thanks a lot Raiders!! Just keep shoving it in my face.
So glad I spend literally thousands of dollars every year supporting this club.
Surely the Raiders are allowed to purchase tickets for their members in any bay they see fit??

Ricky knowsdefence is a problem, drop Austin and put Jack at centre willgo a long way to solving that, give us more grunt going forward on the edges too. He knows Cotric handled FB quite well for a firat time in first grade and Toots killed it on the wing
No brainer...
Austin out

Toots on the wing

Nick Cotric: Canberra Raiders expecting unexpected from North Queensland Cowboys
Canberra winger Nick Cotric does not expect the side to carry any mental scars from round one last year when they lost to the North Queensland in bizarre circumstances. Johnathan Thurston's field goal attempt in extra time missed but bounced in the in-goal area for Gavin Cooper to dive on the bobbling ball and seal an epic victory.
"I remember the field goal that JT took, hit the cross-bar, bounced back and they scored, it was pretty devastating, so I've got a few flashbacks to that game," Cotric said.

Canberra Raiders forward Elliott Whitehead denies NRL 'dog act' hit
Canberra's Elliott Whitehead has issued a stinging response to former South Sydney star Mark Carroll, who has claimed the England international committed a "dog act".
"I haven't heard of him and I haven't heard of any comments, so I'm not that bothered," Whitehead said on Tuesday. "I expected Tom to get the ball, I probably committed and felt like I couldn't pull out; so I'm playing this week now and that's all that matters," he said.

Ata Hingano in the media today talking about using his running game.
7 Sezer
6 Hingano
14 Garvey.
Wighton to centre etc all have merit, but Sticky will never move that many people at once.

Ok, just got a response from the Raiders Club. Apparently our Away membership only entitles us to 2 x General Admission tickets this season. I've never sat in General Admission at a Raiders game in my life!
Good to know, no way I'll be renewing my membership next season. I've just had to buy proper tickets.

Bateman has been good the last 2/3 weeks.... at least he tries !
Ricky needs to face the fans and answer some blunt questions.
Blake Austin..... ill be watching you EVERY defensive set, EVERY time you prance around, EVERy time you stand flat footed.
I just dont get why Austin is picked, attack isnt an issue, not that he adds a lot really, its defence and Austin costs us almost every game.
If we win the inevitable is delayed another week at least.... if we lose and lose badly?

Last time I had the away supporter with the tickets the experience and seats were pretty terrible. Nah it's fairly easy to believe. When he wasn't picked after Williams went down and Hingano was picked ahead of him to play out of position I gave up on him ever being picked.
